December 22, 2015 at 9:27 am in reply to: Is it possible to reduce padding (or margin) in a sidebar? #556392
Hi,
please see on Private Content for the sitelink.
What I want to achieve is very simple: as you can see, the sidebar on the right is grey, with a padding-right of 10 px. I want to do the same thing on the left border of the box widget contained in the sidebar, maintaining the actual width of the sidebar, in order to enlarge the width of the widget itself. In other words, I want to shrink the grey margin on the left of the box widget, without shrinking the sidebar, so gaining room for the box widget. Is it possible? Should you need also a screenshot or a detailed scheme please let me know how to post it, as I’m unable to copy and paste it in this window.
Best Regards
DiegoGlad to see that all is working now. Thanks, Rikard, you’re GREAT!
@mediastudio
Hi,I’ve just cleared completely my cache and now avia builder works without any issue. The editor will load also on previously built pages. I hope that my advice (which is Rikard’s advice) could be useful even for you.
Best regards.
DiegoHey elliot
have you tried my website? What do you think? Do you need anything?
Please let me know.
Cheers

Hey basilis!
I think it’s handier for you to check directly my website, through a temporary access login. Please refer to the Private Content area for the sitelink and your credentials as admin.
Please let me know if you can fix the bug.
Cheers.
DiegoI have the same problem, too. Just updated to WP 4.4 and latest enfold 3.4.6. I’m using currently enfold child
dear Elliot
thank you for your answer.
Let me know how can I post you a screenshot of what I’m talking about. So as to simplify, shrinking the page on my computer below 768px, I noticed that all links of the home page don’t work, meaning that they are not active when you hover on them and click on them with the mouse. Strangely, if you scroll the page and go to the last article (Meditation), here the links on the title and on “continue reading” work regularly. Links on images don’t work in any case. It’s weird!
Please note that I found the same thing checking directly on mobile phones. Try and let me know, it’s very important!
Look forward to hearing from you
Cheers
DiegoThanks Ygit, I tried it and seems to work.
Cheers :)
Diegothank you for your kind answer, I will contact a developer of mine for some ideas.
Good bye!Dear Mr Basilis
Thank you for your answer. Trying to add, as an example.myCustomClass{…….} to the CustomCSS area works regularly, without any problem. The same through style.css file doesn’t work. Am I missing anything? I cannot understand why.
Kind regards.
DiegoGood afternoon, Mr. Rikard
I’m afraid that this is not possible. The site is actually under construction and the legal owner gives no permission to disclosure the content of the site, which is a commercial one dealing with pharma and ethical products. Now, the question is very simple: the style.css file is not working anyway, so I cannot customize my classes and selectors. Should I insert something in the functions.php, to make it work ?
I hope that you might help me, otherwise I will be compelled to choose another theme (with waste of time and money).
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards.
DiegoThanks Elliot, I’ve already tried that solution, but unfortunately doesn’t work.
Do you have any other suggestion?
Kind regards
Diego -
