Hi Rikard,
disabling Jetpack and Tinypng for images of that size helped a bit, but was not the 100% solution. We combined it with this wokaround: We used the 600×600 version and styled it to 300×300 via CSS.
Thanks for your help! Please close the topic.Best
RuvenDear Rikard,
we updated the token, it should work again. I am adding a screenshot to explain in more detail: The image viewer shows the original size of the image (300×300) and it looks fine. The website next to it increases the size of the image, but the resolution (300×300) remains the same. We believe, this is what creates the blurry impression.
Thanks for your patience and support!Best
RuvenHi Rikard,
yes, exactly – that is the problem, we experience.
We tried to upload the exact resolution and display its in “original size”, but it didnt help. Is it possible to display an image in a 300×300 size, but maintain a higher resolution? (Not optimal for performance, but that could be a workaround) Do you see any other way?Best
RuvenHey Rikard,
thank you for your response. You don’t see the difference? The issue from our perspective could be: The 300x300pixel (2.5×2.5cm) image is displayed bigger than it should. If you measure an image of that size and compare it to what is displayed, you can see the difference. Hope, that helps?Best

thanks for your reply! Yes, we have tried that. The problem here is, that we can only link to the accordion itself. Ideally, after clicking the link you would jump to the exact place in the unfolded accordion-section (maybe the text would even be highlighted). Do you have an idea on how to accomplish that? Thanks in advance,
RuvenPerfect, that works! Thank you, Mike.

You can close the ticket, I found a solution using a margin. The optimum would have been something that aligns it automatically to the height of the images. But this works, too.
Thanks!

thanks for your reply! Maybe I wasn’t clear. Can you give it another try?
I don’t want to align the text, but I want to adjust the hight of the element to align it nicely with the images of the testimonials. Please check the Screenshot, I have shared – I tried to indicate it there.
Best,
RuvenOk, it is done!
This here did it:
`.js_active .toggler, .js_active .tab { border: none !important; }
Thanks anyways!
Hi Victoria,
Thanks for your response! We have checked, its not Geo-Blocked. But We have unlocked it in general now, so that you don’t need the password to view it. Maybe that created problems. Additionally, I am attaching a screenshot of the website we are developing. If you need a temporary admin access, let me know the E-Mail for which I should set it up.Best and thanks in advance!
