The theme doesn’t have a function like that right now so it would need to be fully custom coded or maybe made possible with a plugin.
The scrollspy script is already included in the theme (though a bit modified) so you should be able to hook into it pretty easily. You wouldn’t need to modify any headers since you can use color sections to define your own ID’s for sections (which is exactly what the theme does using scrollspy to track menu locations when using single page layouts).
The main point would be writing the needed js function to watch your own widget with the html needed.

We can not troubleshoot WordPress core or third party plugin issues.
As for the lightbox, where is an example of a page that is supposed to display images in a lightbox but isn’t on the site? On this post for example the lightbox displays correctly:

It takes 12 hours after adding the information in for the first check to run. If it doesn’t show up after that point then the key isn’t correct or the username isn’t correct.
You can contact ThemeForest support if you think there might be an error happening and want to update from within WordPress as the theme implements ThemeForest’s update plugin and we don’t have any tools to diagnose or troubleshoot it unfortunately.

Can we see an example of what you mean? If these are images inside of posts then its a matter of the images needed to adapt to the size of the container and using the layout you want. Each can be seen in the demo under Blog and chosen from the theme options.
If you have images previously uploaded and inserted into posts that are too large but were originally generated from a previous theme size or a previous setting from your WordPress media size for large/medium images you can use a plugin to regenerate all the images to the new sizes Enfold uses: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

You can add the themeforest information into the update field in the theme options and update right from the child theme. See: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Its the same thing for a child theme or parent since the auto update from within wordpress updates the parent theme only.

I’m not really sure what you mean. The theme uses the WordPress implementation of TinyMCE and its output on a standard installation should have the shortcode insert button on it.

That is correct. The function limits the previous and next buttons to stay in the same category. So it will no longer scroll through all of the various categories for that single item.

That is intentional as the product pages don’t have a sidebar option for them. The only way to change the layout is by modifying the layout output with a bit of code. I did an example snippet to put the sidebar on the right which you can use to change the layout as needed:

What version of the OS are you running? We can try to find a test environment to see what might be happening but generally Safari, Firefox and Chrome aren’t treated in supported versions and are just ‘the most current version’ unlike IE which has extreme differences in supported code between versions.

No unfortunately not but you can use any other lightbox plugin if you’d like. You should also be able to tweak w3tc settings as other users and on my own dev install have been able to use the new lightbox script even with the plugin active.

I’m not really sure what you mean by not portioned correctly. The one thing that was changed with this past update and portfolios is that they can now be single column and full width (see: http://kriesi.at/archives/enfold-version-2-9-images-with-hotspots-new-lightbox-and-some-portfolio-love) so if you didn’t already have the portfolio element inside of a 1/1 column you can put it inside of one to contain it inside of the “grid”.

Go to users>New user and create a new account that is set to be at the admin level (so we can see the theme options). Then add the username and password here as a reply but make sure you check the box below this post field that says “Set as private reply (Only you and moderators will see the content of this post)”

First thing to check is that the email address isn’t recieving but marking the email as spam. Next, try switching the email address to one hosted on that domain as many hosting providers don’t allow mail to be sent out to emails not based at the domain (spam prevention).
Last, talk to your hosting provider and make sure you are allowed to send out mail using the php mail function.
You can also try deactivating all other active plugins to make sure there is no conflict as well either before everything else or after.

You can use the fullwidth slider instead of the fullscreen option. The fullscreen option must always be able to freely crop off a bit of the edges in order to work.
And no, the “parrallax” setting doesn’t render well on mobile so its disabled. You can use Fixed instead which is very very similar but it doesn’t have any javascript offset.

DevinTry not selecting the lightbox option so that the link gets recognized by the automatic lightbox script instead.
Use the Masonry gallery option and then on each image you can add a custom link. If that link is a video then when a user clicks on the image it will open the video in the lightbox.

Very strange but then again CDN+Caching+user cache can all get a bit messy sometimes. Glad its working for you as it was for us :)
