Hey mazerti!
No unfortunately not. The styling would need to be manually re-added to the plugins form styling as the theme doesn’t have the classes already added in.
Best regards,
DevinHi!
The theme defines thumbnails with an 80×80 size when added into layouts. You can clear it out by adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:
#top .gallery .gallery-item { width: auto; height: auto; padding: inherit; }
Cheers!
DevinGlad we could help. Bit of an odd one so it took a while to find :)
Hey!
Sounds like the php file having the extra data was the cause of the issue so it shouldn’t happen again in your case.
Regards,
DevinHey mkchan!
While possible it would need to be customized by a freelance developer as that kind of customization is beyond what we can assist with through support.
Best regards,
DevinHi Aji!
Check the box on the featured image (when editing a post) so that the image doesn’t show on the single page view. Then add it into your post directly.
Best regards,
DevinHey!
Glad you were able to find the source of it. Sounds like there was a competing script in the other plugin which isn’t that uncommon unfortunately depending on the way a plugin is set up.
Thank you for posting the result :)
Best regards,
DevinThat would need to be customized by a freelance developer. The theme doesn’t have any additional templates or customization options for the single product page.
Hi Shear_Marketing!
What is the content of the page? Is it a form built with the theme contact form element or does it have any raw code added into a code element?
Regards,
DevinHi!
Are they svg files uploaded to fontello or icon fonts available on the site? Just for reference, this is the same steps you tried except at the upload step it fails http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-your-own-icon-fonts/ ?
Cheers!
DevinHi sevankonu!
Where were they previously? Have you checked the theme options in the header layout to see if you have the header layout selected that shows the themes social icon output?
Regards,
DevinHi!
I also did a walk through video here which might help you http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-your-own-icon-fonts/
Regards,
DevinJetpack is a plugin and it is what is currently adding the data to your sites source.
WordPress SEO by Yoast is the usual recommendation I see these days.
Okay, took some searching but try going into your theme options and in the styling look for all isntances where you have the colors defined. Try re-selecting each and saving. Specifically with border colors.
There are some broken characters coming up but they can only be seen when viewing the raw source in FF. For example:
#top .main_color .avia-color-theme-color{color: #ffffff;border-color: pe9&77*046*000';}
So the browser stops rendering all css after that point.
If you can provide login data for an account with an active subscription we can log in and take a look. Otherwise I’ll check to see if Kriesi has a copy of the plugin to test with.
For the automatic menu go to the Theme Options and then Sidebar Layout:
Hey!
The image isn’t showing up within your post but I don’t see any difference on my end either.
What css isn’t showing for you or what isn’t happening?
Cheers!
DevinHi!
Make sure that the plugin you are using to supply the OG data has the image set correctly. The theme itself doesn’t set any open graph data up since plugins can handle it better.
Regards,
DevinWhat are you using for subscriptions? Since we don’t have access to every extension WooCommerce has to offer we aren’t able to test for every possibly layout extensions create.
Hey!
Sorry you’ve been having so much trouble but the child theme is available here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ and of course child themes are always something any user can create for themselves (I even did a video for it).
In the bulk download of the theme from themeforest there is a link to the documentation which so far has been a good way to point users to the online docs.
The regular editor should not be disabled because of the theme and if that is happening its not something we have at set up to make happen. If you can provide a link to your site and admin credentials as a private reply we’ll be able to log in and take a look.

DevinAugust 4, 2014 at 6:57 am in reply to: Can't use white as footer font color, it will only work with ANY OTHER color :-( #299510Hi WalstonNet!
Its probably the offset color effects that are working behind the scenes. Kriesi designed things to take as little setup as possible so the colors you choose are, for many areas, used as the base for creating color schemes. So you get light and dark version of the color for links, hovers etc without having to manually set each up.
For instances like this, a bit of custom css is all that is needed. If we can see the site live we can target the elements directly and provide you with the css selectors and a snippet :)

DevinAugust 4, 2014 at 2:11 am in reply to: Blog Author Page Isn't Displaying Posts As Nicely After Layout Edits #299475Hi j1980mac!
You can target the author pages by adding the archive.author classes to the #top id in your css selectors. For example:
#top.author.archive .fullsize .template-blog .post-title { font-size: 50px; padding-bottom: 2%; }
Cheers!
DevinHi Carlos!
I’m not quite sure what you mean. The product pages are set up with the product image on the left and the rest of the layout on the right is taken up by the product description, tabs etc.
The sidebar for the page then shows under the product image(s).
Best regards,
DevinHi!
Yep, that should do it!
Cheers!
DevinAugust 4, 2014 at 1:31 am in reply to: Switching between advanced layout and basic layout – what's supposed to happen? #299471As of right now the content would revert to shortcodes which is the output of the builder.
You can turn on the debug field for the ALB so that you can see the shortcodes as you use the drag and drop editor with a small php snippet: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Eventually I think Kriesi plans to separate the builder into its own plugin since that is how its programmed and set up within the theme (its a single separate folder actually) but for right now its not available.
Hi uriggs!
See: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/create-new-portfolio-item/
The big difference would be that Kriesi’s own site uses a custom element which isn’t available in the Enfold theme itself. So using the theme you would get something more like this http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/portfolio/portfolio-ajax/

Hey olafshiel!
You’ll need to be using Enfold version 2.9.1 first and that will update the theme to have the element available in the list of drag and drop elements to use.
Thank you for pointing out I had missed publishing the documentation for it as well, I’ve done so now :)

DevinHey!
Sorry we aren’t able to help and it unfortunately sounds like there is either a plugin conflict or possibly an error on your installation. If it was truly a bug with the theme for something as basic as adding in a column by the numbers we should have gotten a wave of reports about it from the other 30k users of the theme.
There are lots of alternative themes out there and if you have one that fits your needs better then no need to purchase another license of Enfold and you can move on without any issues :)
Cheers!
DevinHey Mas!
Since the content in the first column is a codeblock, my guess is you have an unclosed div inside of it which is causing the issue to appear. Check the code for errors and that should fix it.
Cheers!
DevinHi Joe!
I think this is the same or at least very similar to your question here which I answered already: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/help-with-organizing-video-blog-content/
Posts don’t have templates so you would need to create a custom page each week and fill in the content.
Cheers!
