Hi!
Kriesi updates the plugin pretty regularly as long as there are no conflict with the theme so it will be included some time soon.
Best regards,
DevinI only see a single icon on that page. Can you create a page with nothing but a few icons so we can try and isolate the issue.
This isn’t a bug that is within the theme by itself so there is a conflict with some plugin or setting on your specific setup without at least a visible error or some way to try and debug things.
Hi Marijana74!
We have plugin recommendations here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/recommended-plugins-last-update-04-09-2013/
Outside of that reading reviews on plugins in the WordPress.org plugin repository or a bit of googling is your best route to find what you are looking for :)
Cheers!
DevinHey lifeundone!
Yes that is the correct behavior. With the drag and drop editor it is only setup to be a fullwidth element.
Cheers!
DevinHey Tech!
That should be fine as far as I know since the single license covers that kind of usage.
Best regards,

Can we see the site where you are getting the error? I’m not seeing it on my end in either the demos or my dev install.
Cheers!
DevinHi charger70!
Not yet released content ;P
Removed the link but its coming in 4.0.

Hi!
Sounds like an error in the local server config. Without seeing it live I couldn’t even guess on what might be causing an issue but by itself the theme shouldn’t have any problems with child themes.
Cheers!
DevinSeptember 4, 2014 at 11:04 pm in reply to: WooCommerce drop down Cart/Checkout links not correct #313637Hi bboehm86!
Removing the shortcode would make the output look like plain text, It wouldn’t hide it on mobile.
Cheers!
DevinHi LAARTIST!
What feed are you having issues with?
Regards,
DevinNothing was done as far as I know. If you want to use the minifcation plugin and then keep the themes stylesheet from being used you can add the function in this post to your functions.php file: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/website-slowdown/#post-311142
Performance is a huge topic within WordPress as a whole so the best resource is outside of the support forums.
The customization above can be taken care of by a freelance developer but its outside the scope of what we cover in support (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/website-slowdown/#post-311081)
Once you add in the pricing table shortcode/layout builder element to the page it should be pretty straight forward since the tables are limited in what they can do.
If you do have questions though let us know.
September 4, 2014 at 10:55 pm in reply to: Size/margins of the color-section stays not the same on every device #313628Hey broodjekaas!
I’m not seeing any issue with the spacing when looking at the site right now. In general what you could do is remove your custom css and then test things again. If its only on a specific browser on iOS and is only with your customization you can google browser/ios conflicts having to do with padding or margins (depending on what you are using).
Cheers!
DevinHi!
For some reason its wrapping that icon in another class which is causing the conflict. I don’t know what the other plugin does or how it functions but that is the root of the issue and in this case there isn’t anything else that we could do having no additional resources to debug that plugin.
Regards,
DevinHey!
I’m not quite sure what the question is here :)
Regards,
DevinHi!
Updates can be done pretty easily over ftp. See: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
DevinHey!
You can read about adding functions to your WordPress theme here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Functions_File_Explained
For more in depth resources on setting up minification plugins the best resource is that plugins documentation.
Best regards,
DevinHi MarieAn!
See: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
If you aren’t on a most recent enough version that you can update from within WordPress you can update over FTP or from the WordPress admin just like when you first installed.
If the error you get is that you can’t write over the already created folder then you would need to either delete the theme to do a “fresh” install or ask your hosting provider to asssist with changing the write permissions on the wp-content>themes folder.
In the video I’m already logged in over FTP which is how you typically connect to your server to modify the files on it. Its the same as viewing files on your computer but a longer distance.
Cheers!
DevinHey crispics!
I’m not quite sure what you mean from the description. What is the issue with using the form fields as is right now? Is something not working or are you looking to customize how the form elements works?
Cheers!
DevinHey camtree8!
Can you elaborate a bit on what you have imported and what the issues are?
For reference, this is how a typical install goes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Regards,
DevinClear your caching plugins cache and leave plugins deactivated after that. We run the documention on a multi without issue and all of Kriesi’s demos are on a multisite installation as well so its been tested to work on both kinds of setups.
Hi envapk2!
You can turn of the themes lightbox from the theme options now (as of 2.9).
Best regards,
DevinHey celevra!
That isn’t really something we could answer for you here at support. You could try stack exchange or maybe a freelance developer but debugging custom code is beyond the scope of support.
Cheers!
DevinIf it was ever installed, the cache is still there. You can re-install it then clear the cache.
Hey!
We don’t have any examples or instructions for that at the moment but as Ismael mentioned google has said ‘no’ on opening a map within an iframe without an api key.
Not sure why PrettyPhoto would be having no issues with the same code but this post has instructions for what you are looking for which is your best resource as we don’t: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/open-link-in-lightboxiframe/#post-283573
Regards,
DevinHey!
The page data is indeed cached. View your home page source and at the bottom you’ll see when its from:
<!-- Dynamic page generated in 2.669 seconds. --> <!-- Cached page generated by WP-Super-Cache on 2014-08-13 12:22:02 -->
If you just disable a caching plugin without clearing the cache first it will still pull the cached data usually.
Cheers!
DevinHey timyyy!
The theme pre-populates the widgets with some placeholder widget data. Once you add any widget into the column it will replace the placeholder content.
Regards,
DevinHi webdevsd!
It looks like you edited the footer.php file directly to remove the Kriesi backlink instead of using [nolink]. See: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/change-the-footer-text-and-link/
