Hi Creatura_Creativa!
What part of the site do you mean? Is this on a portfolio or a masonry gallery or something else?
Best regards,
DevinIf the plugin is coded correctly then it should have a set of steps when you uninstall it to remove anything stored on your server. That usually doesn’t get run on just deactivating it so you could try deleting it through the WordPress admin and see if that helps as well or just down the road when you re-approach the issue.
I think what you are seeing is something that we’ve not been able to find a fix for.
When navigating to an anchor from another page the anchor is at the top of the screen. On the same page, the theme’s script for smooth scrolling is able to stop the browser from doing that.
I tried a few solutions for other users but so far I’ve not been able to find anything that prevents the browser from putting the anchor where it wants it.
Hi JPOsteen!
Looks like the topic got automatically closed accidentally. I’ve opened it back up so it can continue on in the same topic.

DevinHi mtmfx!
Can we see the page with the issue live? The “real” 2.4.5 update came out a few hours ago so if you have not updated today you can also do that and see if it helps re-set your settings.
Regards,
DevinHi Zum00t!
Make sure you have the information added in correctly in the updated tab: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
The theme will check for updates every 12 hours so depending on when you installed it will let you know of the update from ThemeForest within the next 12 hours.
You can always update over FTP following this video tutorial:

DevinHey dmarzean!
It isn’t supported right now but you could force it by creating the layout you want inside the individual tab in a separate page and then copy and paste the shortcodes into the tab.
We are working on adding more support for stacking shortcodes but for right now its going to be trial and error to see what will work and what will not.
Cheers!
DevinHey Micael!
You would go to the the WordPress admin and under the Posts header click on “Add New”. If you are using a different language version of WordPress then it would be the translated equivalent.
Cheers!
DevinHi dalcnetsrl!
From the description I think what you are doing now will work. You could also use the advanced layout builder and do the same thing with the blog elements and columns.
Regards,
DevinIn the color section settings you can use one of the “Section Padding” dropdown options. If that isn’t enough then you can add in HR elements above/below your content and set them to display as blank spaces.
You can also set the color section to take up a specific percent of the page with the “Section Minimum Height” in the color section but it doesn’t give you an exact padding or pixel size.
Hi allegrabillings!
I can’t seem to get the issue to happen on your site. Even when trying to force the items to load in before they are finished which is mostly prevented by the load more not showing until they have all fully loaded in.
Is this with a specific browser or on a specific browser/OS combination?
Best regards,
DevinAdd in the css, keep it in there and let us know when we can see the site with that css added in to your Quick CSS or custom.css file.
Hi deyowulf!
Make sure you have them turned on: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Smilies#To_Turn_off_Graphic_Smileys
So try doing that but in reverse :)
Cheers!
DevinHey maratino!
With how cheap space is it typically isn’t a concern. I think performance wise generating the thumbnails is the best option and I don’t think Kriesi has used timthumb since maybe the Display theme.
Best regards,
DevinNo, that is on. The current menu item class is set to be highlighted which you can see on the demo.
Hey xyzb!
There aren’t really any tricks to it. Using the smallest image size you can and having an initial load that works for you is the best thing you can do.
Doing the normal WordPress optimization will also help as well.

DevinJanuary 9, 2014 at 6:34 am in reply to: Full width slider how to use full size images for 1080p #207221Hi Tomskii!
The only thing you can do is upload the largest size you can that doesn’t effect performance.
There will always be someone with a bigger screen and now with the 4k screens coming out we’ll be seeing a whole new wave of people seeing images stretched beyond their limits.
All you can do is shoot for the best average user experience that works for you.
Best regards,
DevinI can’t think of a reason why that would happen. Testing it now I’m not getting any issues with it.
The font is getting loaded in from google and then added in with the correct css. The process is really pretty simple so it isn’t something that should be getting hung up on a multi step process or anything.
With the high number of active plugins it *could* be related but I’m not really sure what might cause a conflict like that unless there is something active that is supposed to alter tablet/mobile only layouts.
Hey Mario!
You could try adding in the team member shortcode to a layerslider but it really isn’t intended so I’m not sure if the output would actually work.
Right now there isn’t an actual team member slider available that has the same features as the actual team member element.

DevinHey!
This is a good getting started guide for setting up bbPress: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-a-forum-in-wordpress-with-bbpress/
The theme really only styles bbPress and doesn’t actually modify its usage. The login widget is just a plugin that Kriesi added a bit of custom style to. I believe its this one: http://wordpress.org/plugins/sidebar-login/
Best regards,
DevinHi garyguthrie!
I don’t really have a reference for what you mean. Can you elaborate a bit more on what the issues is? For reference we get 100 or so posts a day and post ID’s with a direct link aren’t something we can easily look up.
Cheers!
DevinHi!
I’m not really sure what could be causing it. I’ve had mixed results with clients sites who chose to go with GoDaddy so I can’t say for sure if it would be related or not.
The 2 current client sites I’ve built with Enfold and running on GoDaddy are a bit slow to login but not more than a few seconds.
Can you try opening dev tools and see if any one script is loading in or if its a number of things loading in. Also try creating a new admin account and logging in with that. There was one user a few weeks back who had a specific login that was causing issues and only with that login.
Regards,
DevinHi!
Can we see what you have now live? I’m not really sure what you mean.
Cheers!
DevinJanuary 9, 2014 at 4:17 am in reply to: sorting portfolio items : how to display categories in a different order ? #207196Hey totofunk!
You can try using a plugin like this one to change the order of your portfolio items in WordPress http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-post-order/
Best regards,
DevinHey alexandredb!
There is an automatic sub menu added to the sidebar on any page that has sibling pages. You can’t edit that menu directly but you can turn it off from the Theme Options>sidebar.
Regards,
DevinHopefully that helps and thank you for offering what you’ve done :)
You’ll need to add in the information in the Theme Options in the tab for “Theme Update”.
See: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Oh I see what you mean now. Yes, it isn’t on by default so Try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:
#top .main_menu .menu li.active-parent-item .avia-menu-fx{ opacity: 1; visibility: visible }
No, it doesn’t look correct. It should be this whole thing but with your UA number:
<script type="text/javascript"> var _gaq = _gaq || []; _gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-8163034-3']); _gaq.push(['_trackPageview']); (function() { var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true; ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'http://www') + '.google-analytics.com/ga.js'; var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s); })(); </script>
You need to go to google analytics>access analytics>click Admin in the top right>select your domain in the middle column and then click on the “.js Tracking Info” to get access to the screen where you copy the google analytics code that you then paste into the theme options.
Hi Dogmut!
I think you might be meaning the color section background which I do a walk through of at about 2 minutes into this video:
