OMG. This worked! I am sooo upset that this small edit made a week long upset.
Here’s the fix for anyone that runs into that problem.

PHP ZipArchive Extension Fix For Godaddy:
Go to CPANEL inside of your Godaddy account.
Under “Software” Section, click on “Select PHP version”
Click on the box that says “Zip” (It should autosave”

This should make that extension work perfectly and able to make the demo import section work!
