Hi Basilis,
thx for your reply.
Unfortunately it is not possible to increase it from server side. All webhosting-packages
of my provider has this limit and normally it is enough. For a higher memory-limit my
customer would have to upgrade to a server-package. And at the moment this a little
too expensive for her. Are there really no other possibillitys? I really hope not! I never had
this problem before and sorry, for me the situation is a little bit strange. ;-/As I wrote – the error-page said, that I normally get a mail with instructions. But I didn’t
receive that mail. So, what are these instructions?Sorry, but the deadline of this site is very near, so I’m really under time-pressure. ;-/
I’m really looking forward to your new reply and help!Best regards
CarstenHi Rikard,
thx for your answer and sorry for my late reply!
Unfortunately I’m not able to increase the PHP-Memory-Limit, because it is already
at 256 MB (as I has already written in my first post). In the meantime I’ve tried a few
things to solve the problem, also your tip but nothing helped. ;-(My provider-support thinks that the problem is the enfold-theme. Maybe the enfold-
theme needs to many rescources of the php-memory? Of course I have a lot of
content on the startpage, but is it really to much? At the moment I’m really helpless
and I hope you have an idea how the startpage can be saved.Again – with each new content the startpage became slower and slower and now you
can’t access the page anymore. Yes, I have a backup of the page but it is a little bit to
old and I would lost to many hours of work if I would rebuild. ;-/I hope you can help me.
With best regards

don’t close the thread! ;-)For the moment thank you very much for the pearls of wisdom! :-)

thx for your new answer!
Yes, that’s much better!! :-) For the moment it is a good alternative,
but it would be nice if you could find a solution for the other
submenu option, too! ;-)For the moment thanks again and I’m looking forward to hear
from you again.Best regards
CarstenMay 19, 2019 at 3:46 pm in reply to: How can I change the size of some type-elements in the burger-menu? #1102297Hi Ismael,
thank you for your answer and note! And of course I know I can set the
menu that way, but I don’t want it that way, sorry! Because in that way
the submenu opens much to fast! It’s to hectically for the eyes. ;-/ Or
maybe only for my eyes.So, for the moment it seems there is no solution for that prob, is there?
Best regards

thank you for your new answer and also again sorry for my late reply!
I think the ftp-access is not any longer necessary, because yesterday I
updated the theme to newest version in the backend. But – unfortunately
it didn’t help.The css-snippet for the arrows works fine…thx! But it works only for the
arrows and not for the small line (minus) before the subwords.Are there other options to solve these probs? I wait happily for your new
suggestions. :-)Best regards

May 5, 2019 at 6:24 pm in reply to: How can I change the size of some type-elements in the burger-menu? #1097469Hi Mike,
thank you for your answer!
In the enfold-settings everything was/is right (Display submenu items on click).
After I disabling the only working plugin (hide my site) everything was like before.
So, this is also not the disturbance source. Maybe you want to take now a closer look
in the admin-area.And again: for my taste the arrows and the small lines are looking a little
bit to pale in relation to the type. ;-) Can that be changed?Best regards
CarstenApril 28, 2019 at 4:55 pm in reply to: How can I change the size of some type-elements in the burger-menu? #1095049Hi Victoria,
sorry for my late reply!
I made a screencast, as you wished. Please take a look and then I hope
you understand what I mean.If I click the submenu-arrows on the startpage the menu scrolls to that
point but also closing directly the menu. Only in the second level (conten-
pages) the menu still keeps open after clicking the submenu-arrows, but
only in the second level. Why doesn’t it work on the startpage? Do you
understand now what I mean?And again: for my taste the arrows and the small lines are looking a little
bit to pale in relation to the type. ;-) Can that be changed?Thx for your help and I’m looking forward to your new answer!

CarstenApril 22, 2019 at 1:47 pm in reply to: How can I change the size of some type-elements in the burger-menu? #1093324Happy Easter Victoria,
thx for your answer!
Your code-snippets working very well, thank you! But the colour
of the elements are looking a little bit to pale. Is that wanted so?You didn’t answer my second question. In the meantime I found
out that the submenu-points doesn’t work directly on the first
level (startpage), but in the second level they do. So what can we
do that the submenu-points also working on the first level? What
I mean exactly is – why does the submenu not open directly by
first mouse-click on the first level (startpage)?I’m looking forward to your new answer…until then…
Best regards
CarstenHi Mike,

a nice Sunday…see ya next time!Best regards

Hi Victoria,
thx but the new snippet doesn’t help. Unfortunately it’s getting worser,
because now the top bar menu also disappear and the second burger-
menu is still in the logo-area.Sorry, but we have to find another option.
Best regards
CarstenHi Victoria,
thx for your new answer!
Yes, I switched back to the old status, sorry. ;-) Now I changed it again back
to your new snippet. You can test it right now by yourself and see the problem.Best regards
CarstenHi Victoria,
thx for your answer!
Your snippet works, but unfortunately not 100% perfect.
The burger-menu does not appear any longer in the horizontal-view but
instead the normal navigation-menu appears in two lines. ;-/If I change then the max-width only one word (dates) switch back to the
first line. The word °blog“ stands still in line 2. That’s not nice. ;-/
The way is already right but still not perfect. So what can we do now?And – do you think that the only way to fix that burger-problem is to let it
disappear? I ask because I like the burger-menu also in the horizontal-view. ;-)Best regards
CarstenHi Basilis,
thx for your answer. I think you mean the slash, not slack, don’t you? ;)
For testing I deleted the code-snippet temporarily, as you wished, but
it doesn’t helped, sorry. :-/ I hope that my answer helps anyway…Best regards
CarstenHi Rikard,
thx for your new answer!
The slash is correct, because I need it as a design element in the desktop-menu.
I don’t realy need it in the burger-menu, but it also not really disturb there. ;-)
But maybe the code-snippet for the slash is the bad boy here. ;-) Look here…this
is the snippet from Ismael:
——————————————————————————————–
#top #header .av-main-nav > li > a:after {
content: ‘/’;
padding-left: 16px;
border: 0;
}
.av_seperator_small_border .av-main-nav > li > a > .avia-menu-text {
border: 0;
}
——————————————————————————————–For a closer look I send you also the login-data.
I look forward to your reply.Bon Weekend
CarstenHi Jordan,
thx for your answer and the help-link!
The code works quite well, but not perfect. I only needed the first snippet from
Rikard, but after I embedded it two burger-menus appeared in the header.
One of the right side (which seems correctly) and another within the logo on the
left side, which is def. not correct. I tested it on a ipad-mini in the horizontal-
view. In the vertical view everything is fine. You can test it by yourself…see the
sitelink in the private content box.Best regards
CarstenFebruary 21, 2019 at 10:26 pm in reply to: Lightbox / How can I change the background-colour? #1070121Good evening Guenni007,
thx for your fast answer and help…very kind from you! :-)
It works good! But I’m not quiet sure why I should change
the size of the lightbox? Is there a good reason to do that?
And again – thx very much for your help!Best regards

Now it works so, as I wished from the beginning…great! :-)See you next time…
Bon weekend
CarstenJanuary 30, 2019 at 1:12 am in reply to: More distance between text and images – how do I get it right? #1060277Hi Victoria,
thx for your answer!
Yes, of course I added it only in the first paragraph, because I just wanted
to tested it. But you did not really understand. Everything is fine with the
padding, because I want it so. But what I don’t want is that the word walks
to the right side as you can see on the screenshot. As I has written I want
that the text-align is staying left, as I setted in the text-box. Do you under-
stand me now better?Best regards

thx and yes you can close this thread right now!
If you like…here is another issue from me which is still open. Maybe it is such as easy for you as this. :-)Have a nice evening (if you live in europe) ;)

CarstenJanuary 27, 2019 at 5:20 pm in reply to: Timeline / How can I change the size of the icon-circle? #1059378Hi Mike,
thx for the new answer! Oh man, such easy…why don’t you come up
with it on your own? Next time I have to look and read closer! ;-)The line-hight depends also on the icon you’ve choosen, but with that
possibiity you can get a good compromise.Thank you again!

January 27, 2019 at 2:38 am in reply to: Timeline / How can I change the size of the icon-circle? #1059274Hi again,
I setted already the size which I prefer. So, take
another look at the page.Best regards
CarstenJanuary 26, 2019 at 10:54 pm in reply to: Timeline / How can I change the size of the icon-circle? #1059257Hi Mike,
thx again for your answer! Again it works fine, but now there is the
next prob, sorry! Take a look at the screenshot. The icons are
now smaller but also not even more in the middle of the circle.
Is there a possibility do get the icons back in the middle?Best regards
CarstenJanuary 26, 2019 at 8:05 pm in reply to: Timeline / How can I change the size of the icon-circle? #1059234Good evening Mike,
thank you – it works fine!
Additional question: and how I change the symbol-size inside the circle?
I tried:
.avia-timeline .milestone_symbol {
height: 90px !important;
width: 90px !important;
line-height: 90px !important;
}
but unfortunately it’s not working. ;-) So, how is the correct code?Nice Evening & Weekend!
Best regards
CarstenJanuary 25, 2019 at 8:04 pm in reply to: More distance between text and images – how do I get it right? #1058899Hi Rikard,
thx for your answer!
Yes, it works, but now I’ve got another prob…look by yourself. (ss 1)
The text walks to the right side but he should stay left! (ss 2/3)
And now?Best regards
CarstenJanuary 25, 2019 at 1:11 am in reply to: Meta Informations / Why they show up in the frontend? #1058434Hi again,
guys, yippi, I found the solution! :-) My sidebar-prefs was still active!
After I deactivated them, the Widgets was gone! :-) Now we know
what the prob was. It would be nice if every prob were solved so easy. ;-)And it is a good feeling to find the solution by yourself. :-)

CarstenJanuary 24, 2019 at 11:35 pm in reply to: Meta Informations / Why they show up in the frontend? #1058404Hi Basilis,
thx for your answer!
Ok, I understand again, but if you say you could use a little more
help from me, then you should also tell me what this help should
look like. This would be good!Do you mean, for example, that you need the login-data for the
backend, that you can have a closer look?Best regards
CarstenJanuary 24, 2019 at 6:44 pm in reply to: Meta Informations / Why they show up in the frontend? #1058297Hi Rikard,
I wanted to ask you if you have too much to do at the moment
or if you forgot me? ;) Or is the problem harder than I thought?
A prompt answer would be great, because I have a little bit time-
pressure…sorry!Best regards
CarstenJanuary 20, 2019 at 5:37 pm in reply to: Meta Informations / Why they show up in the frontend? #1056199Hi Rikard,
thx for your answer! Ok, I understand…but…what must I do that the complete widgets-grid
is disappearing again? At the moment i filled the widget „Displayed Everywhere“ with the
image-widget, but I want the footer def. empty or at most with images from the customer.Please, take another short look right now.
You can see, there is still an empty grid at the bottom of the page(s). But it’s not shown up
at the “start”- page…strange, isn’t it? It’s only on the sub-pages.I had a look on my own site and there I have a lots of widgets in the „Displayed Everwhere“-
field and no one of them appears in the frontend. So, why at my customers site? It is the
first time that I’ve got this problem. And on both sites I def. have clicked off that footer and
widgets are shown up!One more information: on my customers site I installed your demo-version “One Page Agency
Demo”…maybe that can help to find the solution better? I hope so!Nice sunday to you and best regards
