January 10, 2015 at 11:59 pm in reply to: Fixed width site, but image stetchs across screen. #377860Thanks, however this would need to make all pages wider than 1000px.
I have tried adding a custom class to the image and put this into the Quick CSS .home-page-image {max-width:150% !important; align:center; margin-left:-25%}
When I edit this CSS into the page using “inspect element” it works, however when using the custom class on the image it does not seem to take effect.

Ok, I tried that but no difference. The breadcrumbs are still out of place, and also the logo is a different size.
Check out the prod vs dev I sent in the first private data

OK, So what should it be set to so that the layout is exactly the same as it was before the theme upgrade.
Cheers, Denis
Perfect. Thanks. Sorry for my over site. Denis
Sorry, That reply did not come through correctly. There is no “headings” text in functions.php
Could not locate
Sorry for delay in replying, yes that is what I had before, but the megamenu was clipped off on the RHS, so tried to reduce the width of the image.
Thanks Yigit.
Easy flexible solution. I tried lots of approaches. With your solution I could delete heaps of CSS.
Wow you and Endfold rock.

I searched but could not find, is there similar CSS that can hide the LHS Nav on the “No results Found” page
Thanks
Thanks, Yes I had done that.What I was trying to do is reduce the white space before the first content block in the main content container.
Not sure if his is the best way but it seemed to work.
/* Adjust white space before first content block and on far RHS*/
.sidebar_left .content{
margin-right:-20px;
padding-left:20px;
}
.content .entry-content-wrapper{
padding-right:10px;
}Man, You guys are great. Many thanks, Perfect. Denis
Thanks, yes that worked, however I would like to align it to the RHS, it is currently centered.
Yes that worked, Lesson learnt. Thanks, Denis
Great Thanks, That worked. Now I understand the logic a a bit more on how the layout works.
Is there any documentation on all of this,
Cheers, Denis
This reply has been marked as private.Ha, Worked out a solution. The map is centered around the first address in the list (that was not clear). To centre the map I got the Long and Lat of where I wanted to centre the map, added that as the first address in the list with a marker of transparent one pixel.
Enfold Amazing :) Thanks
This reply has been marked as private.OMG, Firstly my second day with Enfold. WOW Amazing support and flexibility. That solved my question immediately
Secondly, is it possible to provide a Long & Lat to centre the map on first load.
