    Thank you. I was looking at the “register my theme” section in the link that he posted and following those instructions on the backend of WP. I didn’t realize the TXT download didn’t have the license key. I have since generated a token and added it to the site successfully. I appreciate your help!

    I have done all of those things. I have a username, email, account, etc. I have downloaded the items purchased yesterday. I used the item purchase code in the txt document download as the token key, yet I’m still getting an error on all three sites. I’ve also purchased this theme in the past without issues, so this seems to be a new problem. Please advise.

    If I uploaded the theme as if it were new, that would override my client’s website, and we would have to start from scratch by building it all over again. I’ll ask my hosting provider how to upload a folder.

    Unfortunately, I can’t connect through FileZilla. I’ll enter the IP as the host and then enter the database username and password, but it says “Critical error: Could not connect to server.” I have cPanel, but it won’t allow me to upload entire folders. Every file has to be uploaded individually, and every single folder and subfolder needs to be manually created. There has to be an easier way.
