Wish I could but it provides critical functionality. It was all working fine before the WP update…
September 8, 2016 at 12:33 am in reply to: Urgent – Edit pages/templates functions not working #683431I am having this issue as well. Adding a new user doesn’t fix the issue. Multiple users are having the issue. There is a plugin that if turned off (AMO for WP) fixes the issue. But I am not convinced that this plugin is the problem. I was wondering if it may have something to do with shortcodes. The AMO plugin allows a user to insert shortcodes. This plugin was working fine before WP updated.

Hi
I am having the same issue, but when I updated my version (Version 2.5.4.), the header on my site broke because of all the changes made. Is there any way to opt out of the new header set up to keep what I have or is there another work around to show the visual editor?
Doug
Yes, it does because that page has been removed. Try this page.

This reply has been marked as private.I understand. Deleting that line doesn’t remove the mega menu functionality. I also tried it on a clean install of wordpress, without a child theme and removing that line of code doesn’t do anything. The Mega Menu is still there. What other suggestions do you have?
Doug
I tried that and it didn’t work. I am working with a child theme, but that particular file is not copied in the child theme folder. here is a link to a screen shot:

November 14, 2013 at 6:57 am in reply to: How to remove layerslider plugin when using child theme #188240I started a new thread for the Mega Menu issue. This one can be closed. Your solution worked perfectly for the layerslider.

October 15, 2013 at 11:19 pm in reply to: Layerslider not working in Windows 7 in either Chrome or IE #176108Sorry figured it out. It was a path issue. Please close.
I figured it out. I had to generate a short code on a blank post and copy/paste that into the layer slider.
I couldn’t find documentation (some sort of list) about short codes. Does this exist?
As a feature request, it would be great to include a short code generator similar to what can be done on the pages so that it can be pasted from the layer slider page.
Great theme overall. Very versatile.
