I have worked around this problem by disabling the pop-up animation, but you can reproduce the problem easily by performing the following procedure:

1. Open the link in the private section below using firefox 45.0.1
2. Login using the credentials in the private section below
3. Edit the Front Page
4. Add the popup animation to at least two of the sections marked in this image
5. Preview the image to observe the problem.
If you need to save these changes, please fix the page as soon as possible. My customers see this page.

Found the answer to this:

Yoast plugin contains a setting to override the title, and this line of code integrates with Yoast!

For posterity, if you are having this problem, you can fix it like this:
Edit Page > (choose page) > Yoast SEO > Snipped Editor > Edit Snippet > SEO Title

Change the title to what you’d like.
