This code works, however I think my colours and other pages do not work well with this at all.
I’ll figure out another way to get the spacing to work to suit my needs.The code you gave worked perfectly for adding spacing below the header and above the footer, but certain pages on my site can’t have that as I use an on-page sub-nav.

This worked, however is there any way to differentiate between the first “header row” and the rest of the table. Basically from that web link posted, I want the header to be that colour and then the remainder of the table to be a the 2nd colour.

That worked for me, any idea how to change the breadcrumbs to text links? I’m trying to basically add in a sub-nav in the page headers utilizing the breadcrumbs positioning.
Aside from this, I want to remove the breadcrumbs and add in LINKS to the blank area (not entirely sure how to do either on this theme.
