The issue above still exists, however since updating the theme, my Logo image on mobile sites is extremely large compared to the browser based version.
Example:
Browser:

Mobile (or resized to mobile equivalent):
http://gyazo.com/dcde0068dfa24a16d74677bed4dbdf27Im sure this is a coding issue.
My website as mentioned above is

The other issue I’m having is that the text gets completely cut off via mobile…
When on the mobile site, you see something comparable to this:
http://gyazo.com/a2ae67b460d2438f988ea1b849dd2c67Is there any way to fix this? or is it because my text is too big in the first place?
Thanks!
Thank you!!!!! Solved :)
May 29, 2014 at 7:09 pm in reply to: Page formatting causing text overlapping & poor layout on mobile site. #271943I’ve updated this theme and still have the same errors occurring.
I believe they are caused by my code mentioned above, but I’m not 100% sure.
Is there a way to get the text to resize properly / fit the mobile devices? Is there no way to remove layerslider at all? just trying to get down to a barebones theme basically.
Will it have no performance effect either way if I remove layerslider?
(It’s installed on the theme right now unlike bbpress)May 28, 2014 at 11:17 pm in reply to: Theme not updating properly / failed to update / maintenance mode #271492Solved
I had added code to functions.pho regarding that issue previously (from a topic on here)
I removed the code and the website works fine now!May 28, 2014 at 11:08 pm in reply to: Theme not updating properly / failed to update / maintenance mode #271481The content in custom.css and the code they want me to insert is the exact same.
I deleted the enfold folder from my FTP, and reinstalled it via wordpress, it recognizes the theme as version 2.8.
I run into another issue though when I try to switch to my child theme, which shows this:Fatal error: Cannot redeclare avia_bbpress_deregister_default_assets() in /nas/wp/www/staging/hackjacket/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-bbpress/config.php on line 19
http://gyazo.com/9bf82c5526e0c3f7ca7e6f4df27991bc (just a picture of above code if necessary)
Any idea how to fix this? I don’t use BBPress at all, nor will I ever. Would deleting the folder possibly fix this? or is there another fix?
Thanks for your help!!
EDIT: Tried to delete the folder config-bbpress since we don’t use the plugin, it created more issues. Reinstalled it
EDIT 2: With this issue, you cannot access the wp-admin section of the site either.- This reply was modified 10 years, 6 months ago by DaveL77.

I have A LOT of stuff already in my child theme (code etc)
is it possible just to copy and paste the necessary code from functions.php and put it into my functions.php file?
I can of course ADD fancybox to the child theme section as well.I’m assuming this would work fine, I just want to be sure to ensure I don’t break the site (as I have editing the functions.php file before)
April 1, 2014 at 4:37 pm in reply to: Disable white rollover overlay on an image but still keep it linked. #246125Hi David,
This would work for regular images inserted in a text box as I know how to apply CSS coding there, however how do I apply this fix to images placed using the Image feature within your visual editor?
I have SOME images I’d like to keep the white overlay on, and some images I want to completely remove the white overlay.
Forgive me if I’m missing something here, but wouldn’t that code just remove the overlay all together?I guess there is no way to easily toggle this feature?
January 20, 2014 at 8:05 pm in reply to: Sidebar not changing to custom sidebar / Always showing "Pages" "Categories" etc #212388I’ve updated the theme on my staging page, and the problem still remains.
I’ve recently updated the theme, removing my customization to the single.php
All BLOG and NEWS pages now show Blog – Latest News as the header,
I’d like one to say Blog, and the other to say News.
Is this possible?

One last question. How do I make the TEXT in the button a bigger size? I didn’t see it in the button options and I’m not sure what the CSS would be.
Thank you so much for your help!!!

These all worked perfectly!

December 19, 2013 at 11:00 pm in reply to: Remove Website / HTML code from the "Comment" section of Blog Post #202292Just to add, as it pertains to the same page / blog
Is there a way to add more spacing to the top of both the main blog post area, and the sidebar
Ref: http://gyazo.com/d9c9e1f6f5f4dc824924fbcbe980f54b
I’d like to add say 30px of spacing between the “Privacy on Mind” title and the actual “Blog – Latest News” div.
I’d also like to have the sidebar spaced the same if possible.Fixed!!! Solved.
Thank you for such a quick response!!!

Only thing wrong is the arrows are mis-aligned.
If there is a way to re-align the arrows on the mega menu then everything is perfect.Ref: http://gyazo.com/dc15dc66466272824d7ae6490793afaf
Unless you’re talking about the arrows that get mis-aligned in the mega menu… then you are correct, those are not aligned properly.
Thank you!!!!

Perfect! Didn’t realize the “footer” option allowed me to place the menu in the “socket”
Thanks for the quick response! Issue solved!
