Thank youtiy, Mike.
I just added the image, and it seems to be now working.
Can close the ticket.Hi Mike,
Thanks for that. I see I have another page that is not loading.
https://www.peakpotential.net.au/treks/three-capes-track/
I’m pretty sure this only happened with the last update. Is there an easy way to eliminate the HTTP 429 Too Many Requests for your image front-page-slider-6.webp errors?
Warmest regards,

Thanks, heaps for the help.

DarrenHi Mike,
I tried to update the theme via the dashboard under theme updates and run into the same issue and cleared the cache etc. How are you updating the theme? Sounded like you uploaded a file to the host and not that way.
Sorry, I just saw your response.
Cheers

That’s great Mike.
Can I ask how you are doing the update?
I do the update from the theme section on the dashboard. Should I be doing it another way potentially?Excellent, thanks, Mike.
I’ve gone ahead and updated it to 64MG max upload.
You should see it on the first page in the slider banner and all other headings on pages with the same sliders. They go from large to small and change from white to our corporate burnt orange.Hi Mike,
So perhaps try this then below. That should be registered.Hi Mike,
I have quite a few pages that it happens to, and unfortunately, I don’t have the time to fix them up after each update you guys do.
If I could potentially get it working properly or find out why it happens, that would be amazing.
Cheers,
DarrenHi Team,
Sorry for the delay, but we need to upgrade the hosting space to create the staging site with WP Staging.
The staging website and admin credentials to access the staging site are below.
Alos, I don’t have the pro version of WP Staging, so let me know if this would be better to implement changes to the live site.
Thank you for your help.
Cheers

The best I can do is allow access and do an on-demand backup via Jetpack in the c panel, which is how I have been trying to update the theme upgrade.
Hi Team,
My host provider can’t organise a staging environment, so where do I go from here? When I go and update my theme, the font and size changes on some of my main heading pages, which is a bit annoying because I need to keep restoring the backup.
I have used the theme for many years and can’t update it to newer versions.
Perfect, thank you so much, Rikard.
Just wondering what the cause is and is this something that will be ongoing with theme updates?
Cheers,
DarrenHi Rikard,
CPanel login in private.
Cheers,
DarrenSorry Rikard, that should be okay now.
Sorry, I don’t know how to set up FTP.
I could provide CPsnel logon?- This reply was modified 2 years, 6 months ago by darrenwise.
Hi Rikard,
I updated the code through CPanel and the button links on the slider still don’t click through. The text seems fine, it’s just the buttons don’t work even though I have active links.
I was trying to change it on my phone last night, so I have now changed the user to administrator. I had to also update the password to be stronger, so new details are in private. Sorry, I’m not too sure how to set up FTP because I have never used it, just CPanel.
Cheers,
DarrenOkay, have upgraded.
Hi Rikard,
I set up a new login. Details in private
Hi Rikard,
The font looks okay on the slider now, but the links don’t work on the sliders now.
I probably deactivated the login.
Try this one.Cheers
DarrenHi Team,
I seem to have this issue again of the slider headers changing font and colour since the last update.
Do I need to go ahead and do this again?Hey Darren,
Please try to replace the content of /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcode-helpers/class-avia-slideshow.php with this: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_8_9/alb/class-avia-slideshow.php. If you need help with that, then please include admin WordPress and FTP login details in private.
Best regards,

Thanks, I managed to get it sorted through C Panel.
The fix allowed me to change the colour but I need to go back through all the sliders now.
Thanks again and the ticket can be closed.
Cheers

Looks much better.
Please close the ticket.Hi Yigit,
That’s fine mate, as long as it is working okay, I’ll just keep updating the theme as usual then.
You can close the thread.
Thanks again and take care.
Darren
Hi Yigit,
Wonderful work, thank you so much, mate.
Do you think it may be resolved in the next update or so?
I guess I will just stay on this version until fixed.
Cheers,
Darren
Sorry, Yigit,
I wasn’t too sure how to set it up, mate.
Login to my host’s website below to access the C Panel.
Cheers,

Hi Yigit,
I’ve never really used FTP, so I created a new account for you with full directory access in C Panel.
Details are below in private. I hope I did it right for you.
Thanks for your assistance.
Cheers,
Darren
