Im update the wordpress and the theme, and the problem was solved.
now i have some style issues..
for example, the side contact form (Enfold Custom Widget Area) does not appear at all

I installed the plugin and it really arranged the editor.
But what about the problem of template formatting settings?
After switching to a new hosting server, all the settings and style of the template are gone!
