DamatiaThank you, clearing browser cache did allow me to see and edit the content again (the white screen was gone). However, in multiple browsers, I am still unable to add and image via the “Add Media” – it is possible to add an image via html in text, however the client is upset and scared about using the html. Any other suggestions to address the “Add Media” not inserting an image?

LyndaHave flushed cache and refreshed browser. Still not able to add an image via ‘add media’ button. Now a new problem after update >> in Advanced Layout Editor none of the previous pages and posts show any content, only a white screen – I can’t edit ANY pages. Important….
an update, this is also true when trying to add an image to a page, as well, using the ‘add media’ button in the default editor.
