Please let us know if you ever need any help in the future.
Cheers!
DakeHi!
Just to confirm, does the content jumping issue persist even when using the latest version of Enfold (3.4.3)?
Cheers!
DakeHi!
You’re welcome :)
However I am still unable to load the event page or even your homepage from my end.
Perhaps there is an issue with the link you posted in your first post?
Best regards,
DakeDecember 1, 2015 at 5:03 pm in reply to: Enfold/Woo Commerce: Picture Size change after Change from Propulsion #545377Hey!
You’re welcome, however there’s a slight hiccup.
I’m getting an error message regarding the password.
Regards,
DakeHey!
You may have more success using a grid row (shown here: http://i.imgur.com/aaEvzHK.png) than a table.
Please try recreating your table using a grid row instead. If you are having any trouble on your end, you can provide us with temporary admin access to your website so we can attempt creating a test page with an example.
Cheers!
DakeHey!
Please remove the last 2 css styles I provided and replace them with the below instead:
.main_color .widget_nav_menu ul:first-child>.current-menu-ancestor {
background-color: #f8f8f8 !important;
}If this doesn’t work however, please provide us with temporary admin access to your website so I can make direct changes.
Best regards,
DakeHi!
This css should adjust the shop background only:
.menu-shop-footer-container { background-color: #000000 !important; }

Glad to know you got hings working on your end.
May we have a link to a test page where the issue persists so we can take a closer look?
Regards,
DakeHey!
Unfortunately that isn’t a native feature and would also need to be implemented via custom code or added manually for each team member element.
Cheers!
DakeHey koelnermusikakademie!
Please insert the below css into your custom css section:
#top .widget_nav_menu li { background-color: #f8f8f8 !important; }
Regards,
DakeHey!
Glad to know you got thing sorted on your end.
If you recreate the issue on your test page and provide us with temporary admin access, we can attempt to confirm what was causing the conflict between the color section and layer slider.
Best regards,
DakeHey Nathan!
there appears to just be an issue with the image link in general.
Can you link to the page that the original image comes from?
Regards,
DakeHi rickyporco!
Sorry about the delayed response.
May we have temporary admin access to your website so we can see the exact css you used for the header section?
That way we can provide you with appropriate css that should work across the board.
Cheers!

Please provide us with temporary admin access to your website so we can take a closer look.
It seems that you removed “Ähnliche Produkt” on your end.

Sorry about the delayed response.
I’m not sure what exactly you want to achieve. Are you trying to add another custom social icon?
Cheers!
DakeHi janicenisha!
Sorry about the delayed response.
1. It seems that you resolved this on your end.
2. Please insert the following css into your custom css section:
.text-sep-date { display: none !important; } .blog-categories { display: none !important; } .text-sep-cat { display: none !important; } .blog-author { display: none !important; }
3. This will require custom code that is outside of the scope of support. You can enlist the aid of a freelancer in order to implement this change to the layout.
Cheers!
DakeHey boscotwcheung!
Sorry for the delayed response.
Were you able to resolve the issue on your end?
Please show us a screenshot of how the table section should appear.
Also, instead of using tables, have you considered using a grid row instead?
Cheers!
DakeHey eviang!

Please provide us with a link to your website so we can see how your form is currently set up.

Sorry about the delayed response.
I tried logging into your website, but the credentials don’t seem to be valid at this point.

DakeHey!
Yigit was referring to the main content section in your general styling section. See the screenshot below as an example:
Primary color and highlight color affects the main button color and hover colors respectively.
If for some reason the changes aren’t being made, please provide us with a link to your website so we can provide you with the appropriate css.
Best regards,
DakeHi!
I’m not seeing the issue in IE 11 on my end.
Were you able to resolve the issue?
If not, please try clearing your browser cache and viewing your website (in IE 11 or 10) with other computers/devices.
As for the search widget, may we have temporary admin access to your website so we can take closer look?
Best regards,
DakeHey!
Sorry for the delayed reply.
It looks like you resolved the issue on your end by adding direct anchor links to your submenu.
Best regards,
DakeHi!
Please insert the following css into your custom css section:
.page-id-408 .slideshow_align_caption { vertical-align: bottom !important; }
Regards,
DakeHi!

DakeNovember 30, 2015 at 9:17 pm in reply to: Bug: Image scaling doesn t work with gallery + simple slider #544800Hi Lucie!
Sorry for the delayed response.
Please update Enfold to the latest version (3.4.4) as your current version is 3.4.1.
Also please change your gallery column number to 6.
If your gallery images are still not scaling properly, try temporarily disabling your plugins to see if they are causing a conflict.
Cheers!
DakeHey!
I understand what you’re saying now. It’s possible that it may have been a plugin issue, but since the issue has been fixed at this point there isn’t a real way that we could confirm this (unless we recreate the issue).
The 1/1 container serves a similar purpose as a color section, it’s simply used when you want a portion of your page to appear separate from other areas. Where margins are concerned, they should be set to 0px by default but can be adjusted as needed.
Hopefully it doesn’t reoccur, but if it does, feel free to create another thread.
Cheers!
DakeHi T_Architect88-2015!
May we have a link to your website so we can provide you with the appropriate css?
Cheers!
DakeNovember 30, 2015 at 4:09 pm in reply to: Page not rendering properly until browser widow is resized #544571Hey!
I have refreshed your homepage several times and I’m also unable to reproduce the issue.
It displays correctly across 2 macs and 1 pc on my end.
Perhaps try clearing your browser or web cache and disabling your plugins in case they are causing a conflict.
Cheers!
