Hey!
Please note that you may need to clear your website cache in order for it to display properly on your end.
Cheers!
DakeHey!
The featured article page was set to a static page and your blog in your theme options and customize section.
Also the about page was being loaded above the featured page.
The conflict seems to be what caused the issue so it now displays properly.

DakeHey!
I actually fixed the post on the featured article already. It was using an old url before.
You can now apply those instructions on any other posts/pages with an incorrect url.
Regards,
DakeHi!
You are free to enable WordFence now, thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
DakeHi!
Re: Your previous thread.
In order to fix the post title URLs, please follow the instructions below:
– Click the “edit” button below the post title on the edit post screen:

DakeHey!

Please let us know if you ever need help in the future.

DakeHey!
Thanks for the new credentials, but Is there a chance that you can temporarily disable Wordfence?
Regards,
DakeHey!
Thank you, but now I’ve been locked out several times by Wordfence.
I tried both of the credentials you provided. Are they both admin level accounts?
Cheers!
DakeHi!
You can slightly reduce the spacing above the slider with the below css or disabling the breadcrumbs on the homepage:
#top .title_container .container { padding-top: 0px !important; padding-bottom: 15px !important; min-height: 37px !important; } .title_container .main-title { min-height: 35px !important; }
In order to reduce the space between the slider and image you can adjust the first margin value below (25px):
.avia-slideshow { margin: 25px 0 !important; }
Cheers!
DakeHi!
What link do you follow in order to log in? What directory is your login.php file located in?
http://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-login.php/
http://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/
The above links immediately yield 404 page without showing the log in screen at all.
Cheers!
DakeHey finchkelsey!
I’m seeing that you are currently using an older version of Enfold, please update Enfold to the latest version 3.2.3.

DakeSeptember 1, 2015 at 4:32 pm in reply to: how to remove borders and rollover background on toggle? #496503Hi gharding!
You can use the below css in order to edit the hover color and background color and border width of your accordions:
.main_color .toggler:hover { background: #f5f5f5 !important; } .main_color .toggle_content { background: #f5f5f5 !important; } .toggle_content { border-width: 0px !important; }
Best regards,
DakeHey!
I really want to get into your backend and look into the title formatting issue, but I am still unable to log in at all.
Are you able to log in?
Please try contacting your host to see if there are any errors showing up on their end or disable all of your plugins by logging into ftp and changing the name of the plugins directory.
Cheers!

Re: The css. Sorry about the confusion, the provided css was actually for Justin and not your website.
Regards,
DakeHey!
I’m not experiencing any of the slow load times you’re referring to.
Is it on a specific page? Have you (or your client) loaded up the site on different devices/internet connections?
Please try
Cheers!
DakeHi!
@sailboat
I get a 404 when trying to log into your website.
@Justin
There seems to be a conflict with the advanced layout styling.
Please try using a special heading with the H2 style instead of a text block.
If that doesn’t work, please insert the below css to globally set all H2 styling:
h2 { font-size: 42px !important; }
Best regards,
DakeHey!
You’re welcome, glad I could help :)
Please let us know if you ever need any help in the future.

DakeHey feeco!

Please try flushing your web cache.
Best regards,
DakeHi geomatani!
You can follow the workaround instructions in this thread.
As for the colorful background, you can add a background image in the general styling section.
Cheers!
DakeHey!
Glad Elliott could help :)

DakeHi!
I’m seeing credentials, but not a link to your website.
You could actually try activating the twenty fifteen default theme or disabling all of your plugins to see if either the theme or a plugins are causing the slow down.

DakeAugust 31, 2015 at 6:53 pm in reply to: Firefox displays logo (and perhaps entire page) too big #496043Hi!
I’m also experiencing the issue on internet explorer.
Is there a chance that we can get temporary access to your website to see if there is a setting conflict?
Cheers!
DakeHi!
@sailboat907, @JustinMay we have temporary access to your websites so we can take a closer look?
Regards,
DakeHi MarcusJeroch!
I can understand not getting credentials, but are we able to get a link to the website itself?
At this point you can try disabling all of you plugins and ensure that you are using the latest version of Enfold.
This way you can rule out the possibility of them or plugin conflicts.
Regards,
DakeHi ningsangjamir!
May we have temporary access to your website so we can see if we can reproduce the issue?
Cheers!

DakeHey EuronetMarketingServices!
You linked to the overview page of all our demos.
Can you please send a screenshot of the menu you are referring to?
Best regards,
DakeHey!
In order to apply css, please navigate to the general styling section of your theme options. After scrolling to the bottom of that section, you will see your custom css section.
If you provide us with a link to your website (specifically the page with the promo box) we can provide you with the css necessary to change the font family and size.
Cheers!
