Hey!
I’m getting an error message when trying to log into your backend. The password seems to be incorrect.

Just to confirm if there is a conflict, have you tried disabling all for your plugins and ensure that you are using the latest version of Enfold?
If the problem persists, may we have temporary access to your website so we can attempt to reproduce the issue using your specific settings?
Best regards,
DakeHi!
I got an error message when clicking the http://www.pittcreations.nl/wp/wp-admin link.
I was able to log in with this link however: http://www.pittcreations.com/wp/wp-admin/
You can achieve the navigation style you want by setting your menu type to the transparent menu.
I set up an example page here: http://www.pittcreations.com/wp/kriesi-testing/
Cheers!
DakeHey!
The example screenshots from Martine were PDF media file links.
I’m still only experiencing the issue on DE. Please briefly activate the default WordPress theme and test to see if the error message reappears.
Best regards,
DakeHi famewebdesign!
I am getting a 404 error when trying to access http://www.pittcreations.com/wp-admin
Best regards,
DakeHi!
I have tested Adding a PDF media file into a test page and previously created page as shown in the screenshots below:

However I did not receive a forbidden error message.
Have you attempted clearing your cache or inserting the link with a different device?

I did experience the error on the desert website, but I also noticed you were using an old version of Enfold.
Updating Enfold may resolve the issue, similarly to your Martine website.
Regards,
DakeHi!
Thank you for the link to your website :)
However, I will need a temporary admin account so I can take a look at the widget section in your backend
Regards,
DakeHi!
Really, sorry for the delay.
An extra “>” and (target=”_blank”) caused the contact form to break:

After removing both the form now loads properly.

I’m not experiencing the loading avia builder issue after pressing update on my end.
Please try disabling all of your plugins and clearing your cache.
As for the preview error, please activate the default WordPress theme and test the preview changes button.
Cheers!
DakeHi!
May we have temporary access to your website so we can take a closer look?
Regards,
DakeHi!
Update: The below css in your custom css section is causing the box shadow to appear behind each google maps square:
img { box-shadow: 3px 3px 10px #1e1e1e; }
Commenting out or deleting the above css will remove the box shadow.

Please insert the below css into your custom css section:
.main_color .avia-arrow { display: none !important; }

DakeHey!
You should be able to update with the “Theme Update” section in your Theme options.

Alternatively, you can follow the instructions outlined in this video.
If you are still unable to update and/or still experiencing the same issue, please provide us with temporary access to your website, so we can take a closer look.

DakeHi scottrseeley!
There seems to be a css conflict that is possibly one of your own styling.
The border-color has been changed to white across the board.
You can adjust the border-color for the accordion with the below css:
.main_color section { border-color: #DEDEDE !important; }
Best regards,
DakeHey!
Glad to know you got things sorted on your end :)

DakeHi sbisllc!
You can display your twitter feed by embedding your twitter widget code (accessed from the widget section in your twitter account settings) into a text widget assigned to your footer.

DakeHi brentaxe!
You may be experiencing that issue because you are using an old version of Enfold.
Please update Enfold to the latest version which is actually version 3.3.2 and not version 2.3.
