As I mentioned before, the menu seems working now if you access the website but the problem is that if you try to update any page in the menu you can see that the type of these pages is page not mega menu or column (Check Screenshot) so as soon as I click SAVE the mega menu will disappear and a normal menu will replace it,

Is it easier to provide a video demo to demonstrate my issue?

Unfortunately, Zen menu is not compliant with the WPML plugin so it will not work in my case.
is there any other plugin that can help with my purpose?

in the other hand, please how I can hide the main and top menus in the responsive view??

Yes it worked with me after many trials, I used these CSS codes

Change the location of the breadcrumb to the far left:

.title_container{
   height: 0px;right: 83%;}

Hide “You are here:”

.title_container .breadcrumb-title {
  display: none;}

Change the font and color

.title_container .breadcrumb {
   font-size: 140%:
   font-weight: bold;
   color: #ffffff;}
