I really need to get this issues corrected, can someone please help me today, as this is a live site and I do not know how to fix the issue.

In deactivating all the plugins, the home page now is wrong. Below the footer there are all these elements that were part of the original theme page, but should not be there, and they don’t show up in the page builder.
Look here what I’m talking about. How can i remove all of those elements if I don’t see them in the page builder?

It seems there is a conflict with the mortgage calculator plugin the client wanted to use. I deactivated it and now things seem to be back to normal.
Any thoughts? The client really wanted to use that plugin.
I set up the background with an image and selected the hide the video on mobile, but it seems to still be showing the video and not the image:

Yes that is what I mean, center the icons:
On the video, this template the video doesn’t play, but it doesn’t have the red play button. If I were to self host the video, it would just show the first frame of the video? Is that correct? And if I ftp the video onto the server, what do I put for a link in the color background area instead of the youtube link? Is it just the direct link to the video? Then will the video autoplay on the web versions?
I added the grid row, and when I go into the cell to put in the image background, I see something very different:
What am I missing?
I have done that, but how do I get the mouse-over effect with the zoom of the image, and the color of each of the cell (in the shop example, there is a blue transparency on the static image, and then that gets removed on mouse-over).
Thanks for the help. That worked great, except on the mobile version. Now the Mobile version menu icon is white, so you can’t make our the three lines in the box on the top right, because the font is white. Any suggestions on how to fix that?

I ended up un-installing WordPress, and then re-installing it. Then I did a re-install of Enfold and that seemed to have fixed the issue, that is why you didn’t have any troubles like I was having. But it sounds like there are others who are running into the same issue I was having. You guys might want to look into things a little further for those others on this thread.

I understand how it is suppose to work, but it’s not working that way. I am trying to update the coming soon page, but the advanced layout editor never loads, the loader just spins. I have been using Enfold for a couple years, so I don’t understand why it’s not loading correctly. Can you please log into my site and have a look?
I’m still looking to get a solution to get these 2 rows to be together without any space (margin/padding).

Thanks for all the help. Just a couple more things. Please look at the test2 page again. How do I get rid of the white space in between the rows? I want them to be together, like on the home page?
Also, how do I make the header tags not be all CAPS? Look on the home page to see what I mean.

Isn’t there a simple way to do the hover effect in the page builder? Or do I have to do it with short codes?
I want to have the section below the testimonials on the homepage to have the same effect at the shop example:
I have tried working with the code example provided, but every time I try and utilize the same code, it breaks the formatting of the page:
I was hoping there were some settings in the grid row portion of the builder that would allow me to create the hover action. Is there any settings in the page builder interface, or is that something I need to add with the code?
In terms of the All Caps, if you look at all the headers on that page, they are all in caps. I believe there is some custom css code I can add to remove that?
Thanks for the tip. How do I create that setting as a unique style? Can I do something like:
