Perhaps in english.
Hello everybody,
I would set the value to the start of the mobile menu higher than 990.
I already have found older instructions but none of them works for me.Can someone help me?

I was able to solve my problem.
Now I have uploaded a webm and mp4.
Also, I’ve added the following part in my htacces. (which has ultimately works apparently)AddType video / ogg .ogv
AddType video / mp4 mp4
AddType video / webm .webmIt seems to work everywhere now :)

so I have understood that it all works fine on your computers.
For us and many others, it does not work unfortunately.
Do I understand right that we do not have a solution?
It is a pity that we can not explain to our customers now why it does not work or to have a solution.

thank you for your effort but unfortunately does not help me.
I have now 8 computers with Safari on which it is not running.
I need a solution. I’ve tried different things.
I have downloaded the video, uploaded in our own youtube channel and linked it. Unfortunately, the same result.
Then I have downloaded the video as .webm and .mp4 and then loaded it on our webspace. It was interesting that it now runs in Safari and Chrome but not run in firefox.Any ideas?

The video directly on youtube can see each of the people. They also can see it on other browser for example firefox or chrome.
It just does not work on safari.
So I think we can rule out that it is region locked.Regards,
IngoHm okay but you might have another idea for the reason that it does not work for me and our customers? I understand that it is difficult for you to understand if it works for you but I’d appreciate any advice :)
