UPDATE – I have figured out why, When I went to change it, I “added” in a new section to edit and forgot to delete the old one so now that is actually fixed but still wondering about the Footer, Thanks!

I have actually tried that a few times and thats where I am confused because nothing is changing. I have the background color set to the color I would like but when I view the website, nothings changed.
