This is unfortunate. Really cool Enfold feature but with this issue it’s not useful.
There must be burning issues and other priorities considering that this topic doesn’t get any attention even though multiple people are asking for help. There’s no progress. As you see above in the last response in April Andy is asking me to contact Mailchimp support which I don’t have time for nor I want to do because I know exactly what they will tell me – “Contact your theme vendor”.
Obviously I’m not the only one using this feature and experiencing the same issue so I hope someone here will take this as an action item.
Thanks Ismael!

Not sure if I understand what the next step is here.
Are you asking me to talk to MailChimp support and post their answer here? Or you are saying that you will work with MailChimp and post the updates in this thread?
I think the latter makes way more sense. Was that helpful?

I need “icon-right-open-big” for the closed state and icon-down-open-big for the opened state.
I’m not sure if I’m getting my point across.. I’m trying to accomplish this with an icon font, not an image (png or svg).
The icon font included with Enfold has the icons I need – I just need to find the way to include them. Here’s an example of what I’m going for: http://codepen.io/tofanelli/pen/waadRY.
Thanks Vinnie. I’m trying to avoid installing more plugins and using images. Are you saying that’s the best/easiest way?
I would also the same Entypo font to replace the standard li bullets.Any update on this?
Thanks.
OMG :)
It’s embarrassing I missed that – I swear I was looking at it for 20 minutes and my eyes were just too tired to see it.
I guess after 13 hours of work a day I hit my limit :)Thanks Yigit
Hi Andy,
I just installed the W3 cache plugin yesterday but didn’t activate it and never used any caching on this website.
Had this problem when I had no plugins. I usually test it in different browsers with cache cleared out.Just tried again – deactivated all plugins, cleared our cache.. same problem.
The problem persists. See my response in the private section.
I got it.
I needed to make the z-index of the class .container for the bottom section that has the background image negative and that fixed it.Hi Vinnie – I did delete the email from Mailchimp account but still get the message. If I use MailChimp’s form directly I can submit that same email. I’m using a double opt-in.
