January 30, 2018 at 12:02 pm in reply to: Anyone know if Enfold 4.2.2 release is stable with Woocommerce 3.2.6? #904769
Thanks for replying. Will you be issuing an update to Enfold to include Woocommerce 3.3 too?
How do I exclude Avia Framework from the XML sitemap?
June 25, 2017 at 5:06 pm in reply to: Accordion element opening and closing immediately on our FAQ page. #812727Hi Victoria
Yes it’s fixed now. Managed to sort it during the delay in getting back to me. It was an issue with Enfold and the Hummingbird plugin.June 23, 2017 at 2:17 pm in reply to: Accordion element opening and closing immediately on our FAQ page. #812116Can anyone help me with this Accordion Toggle problem??
So does that mean that this ‘valuable’ part of the Yoast functionality is virtually useless for Enfold content. And whilst the actual SEO is not affected, how might one actually check the content then for maximum optimisation?
Also, is it still the case that Yoast does not ‘see’ the images when they have been used with the Advanced Layout Editor? I seem to remember reading a previous forum post regarding that. Thanks Yigit, that did the job!
### I cannot see underline on your link. Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times :)
(Craig): You wouldn’t because, as I said i included “remove-hyperlink-underline.php” style=”text-decoration: none;” because I didn’t want the characteristic underline. :)regards
Craig
Hi Yigit,
When I used the instructions in the screenshot, the hyperlink routes through to the desired page specified in the <a href=, but when the page is in the browser there are no fwd and backward arrows visible in the browser toolbar. Why is that?
I also added “remove-hyperlink-underline.php” style=”text-decoration: none;” because I didn’t want the characteristic underline.Hi there,
We have an issue with an identical font, font size and weight showing up fine in Chrome but heavier in Safari.Any ideas how we can ensure equal rendering display between browser types.
UPDATE: I have just confirmed that this apparent display anomaly is only happening when viewing on my iMac 27inch 5K Retina. When viewing on a non 5K screen both browser types display the same. Weird huh?

May 4, 2017 at 6:05 pm in reply to: Mobile specific colour actions for active and inactive tabs, is it possible? #787983Hi Victoria
I only want to affect the Mobile View (tapping the screen) NOT the desktop view. Surely this will affect the Desktop view as well?Hi Rikard, yes, but we have recently isolated the problem to a plugin called WP FAQPLUS, which was in use on this page, but since the Enfold update is no longer compatible. We removed the FAQPLUS short code and all is working, and resorted to CSS styling the in-built Accordion instead.
April 7, 2017 at 4:26 pm in reply to: Unable to update Products using Advanced Layout Editor #774064Hey Rikard, seems to have sorted itself out now….sorry!
Thanks so much Mike. This was modification that was done by a developer no longer in our employ, so I am gradually trying to fix things…
Not sure if there are any Mobile device implications to the mega menu yet as a result of the app.css overrides, hope not.Is there any comment further to my PST on the 14 th feb? Or am I supposed to seek the assistance of 3rd party developers?
that’s fixed it! thank you.
Hi Yigit, that’s great, how do I find the class id’s to change the colour of the bullet points to the left of the submenu items in the sidebar custom menu widget, and also get back hover changing colour ability when you mouse over each sub menu category item.
Basically I am trying to recreate the same colour scheme and actions that appear on the category sidebar.I have tried code in Quick CSS on my local install to experiment, and have got …so far (see link to screenshot)
But i can’t get the dark green bullet points (to the left side of each sub-menu item) to go, or change their colour, or create the kind of light green selector in place of the dark green bullet points, like they are on the custom categories list (i can’t find the custom class that refers to them). I can’t create a hover colour change to white for the sub menu items from #c4a47b to white – as they do on the Custom Categories List side bar (don’t know the code, or if it’s possible?)This is all probably outside the scope of support :-/
February 13, 2017 at 2:56 pm in reply to: How: Sidebar on product category pages with woocommerce #746421Ismael, the archive-product.php was indeed modified by a developer in the early stages of development. I had a look at the one in our child theme compared to the standard Woocommerce template and they do differ. I tested your suggestion using the plugin on my local install with the modifed code stripped out of the child theme archive-product.php and replaced with the standard version and it does work.
So thanks for the advice. Thanks Yigit that is great! I was trying mainly to style the background of the sidebar menu to be a darker colour than white, like we currently have on the category pages
thanks that did the job! Now I just need to figure out how to style it to something more than just white n grey :)
February 11, 2017 at 11:57 am in reply to: How: Sidebar on product category pages with woocommerce #745747Hello Ismael,
I was testing your instruction on my local install version of the website, so I can’t give you the links/login for that. But i do have a copy of the site on a live server which I would need to install the widget-logic plugin first before you can login and have a look.
Just to confirm with you, am all I supposed to do is add the custom menu widget to the “displayed Everywhere” area, install widget-logic, and then add is_product_category( ) to the conditional field? This is all I have done on my local install, which appeared to have no effect. I haven’t added anything to the functions.php file, like you instructed the user Desire in an earlier part to this thread.I can give you a link to an example of a current category page on the live site to illustrate what is currently there, although it has been custom styled by a developer (no longer in our employ)
I can also give you a link to a single product page example showing our custom menu in the sidebar which we would want to ultimately have appear on the category pages instead of what is there now, and hopefully get styled by someone in a similar way at a later point.February 10, 2017 at 3:13 pm in reply to: How: Sidebar on product category pages with woocommerce #745439Sadly it didnt work for me. Maybe because we have a customised categories list on the category pages, it cannot be over-ridden.
Hi Yigit
Thanks for this.
It kinda worked, but now ALL the items in the sidebar widget menu are bold. I was trying to get it to display just the parent menu categories in bold and the sub categories to be normal font weight.
Is there an adjustment code that can just apply to the parent categories for the menu?February 8, 2017 at 5:15 pm in reply to: Redirect Woocommerce Category to a Custom Page possibility? #744430is this something I could ask the guys at Codeable to create for me then? Just so I know it is theoretically possible to achieve.
February 6, 2017 at 7:08 pm in reply to: Is there a way to centre Woocommerce Category thumbnails #743526Thanks Yigit
I checked it and I see that the thumbnails are now filling the page width. They look fine :)
The only thing (which is inevitable) is that they are bigger than those in a row of 4. My original question was whether it was possible to nudge the row of 3 of the original thumbnail size, to the centre. But I guess it is all to do with the width of the columns. Four is obviously going to result in smaller thumbnails than three columns.February 6, 2017 at 3:34 pm in reply to: Is there a way to centre Woocommerce Category thumbnails #743411Sure! Please see pvt content
Pages in question for aligning
http://dev.deliciousontap.co.uk/deli-cious-oils-range/
I imagine it is not possible though, as the layout is done in columns, and the thumbnails cant be half in one column and half another. :(
Thanks Yigit,
I just wondered whether every time a custom class was created WP stored that in a list somewhere as custom code (or whatever)
So, sadly, I guess I have to individually look, make note of each custom class as I come upon it and then look in my CSS style sheet to try and find reference to it.
Had hoped for an easier route, but hey…Sure Rikard – see Pvt Content
I also managed to edit the custom menu so the Parents now link to self created pages instead of the WC parent category page, but i want those links to be bold rather than all the same font weight as the sub-categories below them.
February 5, 2017 at 2:53 pm in reply to: How: Sidebar on product category pages with woocommerce #743004Maybe this is related, but I have a added a “custom menu” widget to my Single Product Pages. Is it also possible to add this same “custom menu” as a sidebar to my product category pages?

December 6, 2016 at 4:31 pm in reply to: Enfold Contact Form Submit button formatting weirdness #721126Hi Vinay,
Unfortunately I cant do that as the install is not live, but local on my mac via DesktopServer.
Where would the settings for this Submit/Subscribe button live to change the code and therefore height of the button?
I did also notice that there was a Developers SectionID of “sign-up” listed in the colour section which contains this form. What does this relate to?
Are there any aspects of custom css included for this demo theme?
I tried setting up in another install of Enfold without the Shop Demo and got the version in the link (see pvt)
It’s ok , but I wanted to re-create what the demo was showing.
Something else must be modified somewhere???November 25, 2016 at 9:04 pm in reply to: Weird gaps and pagination problems with WooCommerce grid display #717092Hi Nikko
Unbelievable that it was something so simple!! God knows why they (the developer) would change it to 15 as opposed to 16??
They refuse to speak to us anymore having vowed NEVER to take on a project which requires the use of Enfold or customisation of that Theme.
:(Thank you so much for your help. Now I just need to fix the product category selector malfunction on those pages, but that is a job for a developer at codeable.
Regards
Craig
November 25, 2016 at 9:00 pm in reply to: Weird gaps and pagination problems with WooCommerce grid display #717087Hi Andy,
I am suffering confusion over your suggestion of using a “default” WordPress theme?? Luckily I had a copy version locally on my machine, so tried what you suggested, but of course, selecting a “default” WordPress theme was useless. The whole website is built using Enfold as a theme, so selecting a different theme and expecting it to render correctly was a bit pointless.
However, what was more worrying was that when returning to my Enfold Child theme, the thumbnails in the Woocommerce pages display were twice as big compared to what they were before I changed the theme to a default alternative.
See the image link in Private Content comparing left side (my now enlarged thumbnail version on my local version) with right side (the correct size thumbnails on the live site)
