Hi, Rikard, the code worked on the page concerned, but only partially for my categories as a whole because it makes the first line of subcategories 3 across, but if you have more than 3 subcats it shows the same behaviour.
I have another category for instance, 1 parent and 5 subcategories
Here is how it renders on screen:
1st row = 3 across
2nd row = 1
3rd row = 1Page link in Pvt Content to illustrate

April 2, 2018 at 11:40 am in reply to: Problems with Minified code on product pages after FTP update to 4.2.6 #936007Hi @Victoria,
If this code is placed into the functions.php file it results in a 500 server error and page/site will not load. Remove it, and everything comes back just fine.
I also noticed when placing the advised code into the file a Syntax error notice unexpected ‘=’ , expecting ‘)’
this was on the following line – return array(‘css’ => ‘none’ , ‘js’ => ‘none’);- This reply was modified 6 years, 7 months ago by craigriches.
March 30, 2018 at 11:17 am in reply to: Problems with Minified code on product pages after FTP update to 4.2.6 #935246Thank you @Basilis for your reply. I don’t see any record of you logging into either site to actually take a look from the position of paid-for support, so I presume you are going purely upon the thread history and the standard issue of “how to switch off Enfold’s minification”. Bit disappointing.
I have disabled Hummingbird for now which seems to rectify the problem (at least temporarily), until such time as the causative factor is actually found. I sincerely hope that it is nothing to do with the content of the Enfold 4.2.6 update. I guess further investigation will reveal..

March 28, 2018 at 9:12 am in reply to: Problems with Minified code on product pages after FTP update to 4.2.6 #934048After further investigation, it would appear that there is also still a problem on my Staging website too.
My apologies UPDATE: it would appear if product pages are accessed on the Staging site via
https:// …… the minification problem still exists
However, if you access via http:// …. then the problem is not there.See links in PVT content

March 27, 2018 at 2:40 pm in reply to: Problems with Minified code on product pages after FTP update to 4.2.6 #933680Whilst applying the disabling to Enfold’s minification using the code in the child theme functions.php in my staging site has worked. It would appear that doing the same in the live version of the site does not work.
I am using Hummingbird Pro on both sites. I can empty the cache and the display of elements will appear, but as I go through an check new product pages they start to show up as not correct.
If I choose to show them UnMinified from the Dashboard menu bar selector, they appear fine.- This reply was modified 6 years, 8 months ago by craigriches.

Is there a way?
is there any possibility of someone from Enfold support contacting me regarding my issue? I have 2 threads open for the same thing now and no-one has come back to me.

CraigMarch 8, 2018 at 6:55 pm in reply to: Problems with Minified code on product pages after FTP update to 4.2.6 #923996Still no response from anyone? I can see someone logged in using the user id set for Enfold Support this morning but no-one replied.
:( not happyI can now confirm that I have downloaded and uploaded via FTP the latest 4.2.6 version of Enfold to my staging site and the Tab display problem and minification issues are still there.
Please can someone respond to my thread. This reply has been marked as private.I have tried updating to 4.2.6 today and the minification problem is still there.
Hello again @Yigit,
Having checked through the updated staging website you carried out yesterday. I can see that the Tab element is now not showing correctly on the product pages as well as any developer modifications made to elements on those pages.
If however, i choose to show the product pages “un-minified” via the Hummingbird Pro plugin option in the menu bar of Dashboard I can see the Tabs properly as they should be.
Something in the new code/template is blocking the display. Some sample product pages in PVT to show what I mean.
It would appear the minifying is stripping any additional code our developer added to the pages.- This reply was modified 6 years, 8 months ago by craigriches.
Thanks @Yigit,
Mike mentioned the development team had made changes to the config-template builder in this update. I presume this is what is causing the issue for many users.
Good thing 4.2.6 is coming along so quickly after the last one eh? ;)This reply has been marked as private.Hi Mike
I will start a new thread and put the login details in Pvt.
You may not have seen my previous comments in this thread but the issue IS on my staging site. I am not prepared to apply the current update to my live site until this issue is resolved. And it doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident as it seems to be affecting quite a lot of others.
Previous comments confirmed I am using PHP 7.1
I can try disabling Wordfence, but I would want to continue its usage if I manage a successful update. And strange that Wordfence active does not affect 4.2.4.Mike I can report that your instruction to ” delete the /config-templatebuilder/ folder via FTP and re-upload from the new v4.2.5 theme.” did not work.
Blank Homepage yet again.
Rolled back to 4.2.4 from back up and perfectly fine.regards
CraigHi Mike,
The first attempt to update was from within the WP dashboard. This resulted in a success message but a blank home page but accessible backend Dashboard.
Next I tried downloading 4.2.5 from Themforest and uploading via ftp and overwriting files. Didn’t work either.
Then tried deleting Enfold folder and uploading latest version to Themes folder. Also didn’t work.
Finally, rolled back to 4.2.4 from a backup and all came back fine.
I could try your suggestion, but I am curious how this would be different to what I tried before by deleting the entire Enfold folder and uploading 4.2.5 . Would it not just be the same thing?where would i go to find the server log?
If you mean within cPanel there is nothing listed under Metrics=>Errors=>Last 300 Error Log messages in reverse order:- This reply was modified 6 years, 8 months ago by craigriches.
Hi Victoria
Running PHP 7.1
Managed to roll back to 4.2.4 via back up from Host. Thankfully this is on a staging site and not the live version.
Running fine on 4.2.4
So, can only assume it is 4.2.5 bugCan someone send me the link for 4.2.4 please? A shame they are not archived somewhere for access on this site.
Is it just a matter of replacing the Enfold theme folder? I am using a Child theme. -
