    Hi Mike,

    I uploaded a completely new download of enfold from themeforest. Renamed the other enfold to enfold-old but it still hasnt removed that error when trying to edit pages.

    I think i managed to create you a user profile but even that is giving errors. When i try add a new user it goes to a page not found screen. Details below

    Hi Ismael,

    Perfect, Since updating for some reason all the overlay text no longer displays. It seems to cut it off just short. Should i just shorten the overlay text or can it be corrected?

    Hi John,

    unfortunately that didnt work. When i inspect the element it returns the following:
    <div class=”av-masonry-outerimage-container”><div class=”av-masonry-image-container” style=”background-image: url(https://www.multi.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/3CX-Gold-Partner.jpg);”></div></div>

    I would like that hover background colour to be blue. Its not a button but the masonry element.

    Thank you

    Hi Mike,

    Thank you, it is close to what i want. I just want to do it for those particular buttons. So far i am unable to see where i enter the button class or ID so i have used that code and just added the page ID:
    .page-id-4808 .avia-button {border-radius: 0px !important; }
    Is it possible to add it just for that section of buttons?

    Thank you

    I have created a screenshot, it is the button below each image on the home page that needs to have the rounding removed. Thank you

    in reply to: Image completely responsive #814925

    Also how do i remove the rounding out of the fullwidth button as its creating some white spaces which i dont want?

    Thank you

    Hi Victoria,

    Ok so i have changed the image sizes and put an overlay but now there is a gap between the image and the button that i dont want to be there. How do i remove that whitespace gap between the images and the button?

    in reply to: Image completely responsive #814517

    Hi Sarah,

    I would need 5 images next to each other as it is currently with the button links below each of them.

    It is the section on the home page right below the nav bar.

    I currently have the 5 images next to each other using the background for each column but i would like the whole section to be clickable so i believe that will be the best solution.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you

    Hi Nikko,

    That seems to have resolved the problem.

    Thank you

    Hi Victoria,

    The Masonry grid has been resolved on all the pages but is not working on the home page now for some reason.

    in reply to: Errors on Enfold #794054

    Greta thank you i have removed the previous css and added that and all seems to be working now.

    The final error being that there is still a notification that something needs to be updated but i cant find anything. The theme, plugins and wordpress are all up to date yet it says that i need to update something?

    Any ideas?

    in reply to: Errors on Enfold #793960

    Hi Nikko,

    Thank you i see it is working for the networking page but still not on the other pages.

    The hardware page Masonry grid still isn’t working (Link below).

    Must i add CSS to each page that has the masonry grid for it to display?

    in reply to: Errors on Enfold #793828

    Hi Nikko,

    The script error may have been caused by WP Super Cache. I have also disabled that now which seems to be working.

    Unfortunately the Masonry grid images are still not displaying.

    Hi Rikard,

    unfortunately i don’t know everything that was compromised. there was a file named kurd on my file manager that said hacked by some name. Then the hosting support advised me that the entire database is filled with unusual lines that they are not familiar with wordpress sites.

    I understand that sucuri may be the best option but $300 a year is ridiculous… especially since that is R4500.00 to me. Is there something else?

    Regards Craig

    in reply to: Slow load time #688386

    Hi Rikard,

    I have asked my hosting team why my site is slow as the image size really is small and the total page size is small as well. They have advised that my site was hacked and advised me to contact my theme developers as you guys would be able to check this.

    Please can you check my site.

    Regards Craig

    in reply to: Slow load time #686965

    Hi Rikard,

    thank you for the response, please can you elaborate as my site was lower than 13% of tested sites… Which is obviously a concern.

    in reply to: Layer Slider is useless #666890

    Hi Ismael,

    The problem comes in when i add a slide to the slider. It doesnt display for some reason.

    Also my home page loads very slow. Not too sure why? Hosting team says it could be the theme.

    Regards
    Craig

    Apologies it was in my security plugin. Your account is now active and i have logged in with it.

    Best regards

    Hey Vinay, I got it to work by posting the link for the image background but still not ideal.

    While you are logged in please could you also check why the site loads so slowly.

    Thank you

    Slightly similar question but mine refers to the page layout. Right now i have 3 columns but i want it to be the fullwidth of the page to be a dashboard. Is this possible?

    How do i get the screen to be fullwidth? As in a dashboard display?

    in reply to: Moving the Website to a new server #480264

    Hi Josue

    I have checked with our hosting provider and they have closed off some outside channels due to websites being hacked with the latest wordpress release. They said it would be temporary though.

    In the mean time i have got the site back up and running but there are some glitches:
    Icons not showing properly (seem to be stuck in a very faded out minature version)
    Accordion slider not displaying images
    Google maps not displaying
    Partner logo element not displaying correctly
    Mega Menu seems squished (not the full width it should be)

    Any ideas on these issues?

    Thank you
    Craig

    I didnt change the URL at all, the site url is still the exact same as it was before so would i still need to do that? I know you have to change the URL in general settings if the domain name is going to change but ours didnt?

    in reply to: Moving the Website to a new server #479313

    Hi Josue

    That fixed the social icon issue but now there is a whole big major issue. Our entire website is broken! Non of the pages work and i cant log in to the wp-admin either to see anything from the front end. Please assist urgently.

    I have checked the wordpress codex and it says nothing more about moving the website with the domain name and URL remaining the same like we have done.

    Would actually changing the name servers to point to our new site help in any way?

    in reply to: Moving the Website to a new server #478124

    Hi Josue

    We have moved it from a windows server to a linux server, it is currently running apache 2.2.29 (the latest version)

    Best regards,

    Hi Thanks Josue

    I couldnt find either the .htaccess file or web.config file so created the .htaccess file by uploading a plain text document and renaming it to .htaccess and adding that bit to the end of it so it looks like this:

    {\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1252\deff0\nouicompat\deflang7177{\fonttbl{\f0\fnil\fcharset0 Calibri;}}
    {\*\generator Riched20 6.3.9600}\viewkind4\uc1
    \pard\sa200\sl276\slmult1\f0\fs22\lang9\par
    }
    <FilesMatch “\.(ttf|otf|woff)$”>
    <IfModule mod_headers.c>
    Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin “*”
    </IfModule>
    </FilesMatch>

    Not sure if that is right? Also i cant find the web.config file and neither of them are on my original server? Should i create this as well?
    When i added the .htaccess file i got a 500 internal server error and when i removed it it went back to displaying the page not found page.

    in reply to: Moving the Website to a new server #477001

    I moved it from the back end through c-panel and ftp, and php myadmin. didnt use any plugin.

    Ok so i have tried to re insert the images in the layer and i think i have found the problem… the image in the media file says the image is whatever size by 85 px, but when i try insert the image again it makes the image huge? also a whole bunch of images in the previewer appear as those blank images but they are in my media library, so i think the layer slider and the partner logo element are having problems reading the database or something?
