Thanks so much! The pages are working properly now!
I’m not able to sign in to Envato though to register the theme. I used the same sign in information that I used at kriesi.at. When I try to sign in it says, “Great to have you back. You can sign in to Envato Elements with your existing Envato account.” It also says, “These are not your correct details. Please try again.”
I tried to do password reset, but none of my existing email addresses are working for it. It’s possible that I originally used an old email address for my Envato account that I no longer am able to access. Any suggestions on how I can sign in and register the theme?
I hired a firm that works on WordPress sites to take care of the issues for me.
Help!!! My site is not working. My pay per click campaign got shut down because my site is not working and I’m losing rank fast in my seo rankings. I have to get my site back up.
Thank you. I uploaded it again after I changed my site back to http. I’ve been having other issues with my site today, so maybe there’s some other issue going on. At the moment, I can’t even get my site to load. I think this is due to the server. I’ll upload it again to see if I can get it to work once I can get back on my site. Thanks for the help.
Thanks, Jordan. I did what you said, but they’re still not showing up. I did notice that when I’m on my desktop and go to the Enfold theme options under the “header” tab I don’t have the box there under “Header Social Icons” that should say “Display in main header area.” Also, under the “Footer” tab there is no box next to “Check to display the social icons defined in Social Profiles in your socket.” These boxes show up if I go to the Enfold theme options using my phone though.
It worked!!! Thanks! I have one more small issue that I noticed yesterday before I tried the update. My social icon buttons aren’t showing up at the top of my page, and my Facebook likebox isn’t showing up on the bottom of my page on my desktop. It shows up on the bottom of the page on my cell phone though. Do you know what may be causing this? Thanks.
Okay, thank you. Here is the link to the first post. Is there not a user’s manual with detailed instructions for the theme? I’ve been through the tutorials and can’t find alot of the information that I need.
Any help out there? I’m still having problems with the easy sliders on my website. All the pictures come out different sizes, and the whole page moves up and down to accommodate the different sizes in the slider. It makes it so hard to read the page with it moving up and down. Why is this happening?
Thanks! I didn’t remember how I got the demo the first time. My brain is overloaded right now dealing with this website. I previously had an SSL certificate for my site. I guess I have to do redo all of that, right? I was also registered with the google search engine. Do I need to redo that also?
They didn’t have any luck restoring the site, so I used the plugin. I activated Enfold as the theme, but it’s not like it was when I first installed it. It doesn’t have the nice setup with all the nice pictures and nice layout. It didn’t give me an option to pick the “construction” theme style like it did before when I first installed it. I’m trying to get it back to the way it was when I first installed Enfold. Do I need to reinstall WordPress, and then start all over again? Thanks for any help.
