Thank you! Now it works again!
Great support as always!
Best regards,
JulianHallo Günter,
first of all, thanks for the fast reply! Unfortunately, it doesn’t work on the accordion titles.
Please let me know if there is a solution, as we face this problem on several websites.
Best regards and thank you
JulianThanks a lot!!!
Interesting. Even when I save the email address without “mailto:” I see “mailto:mailto:” in the link. I send you the login data in the private area. Maybe you have an idea. Thanks for the fast answer.
Happy holidays!
JulianAugust 30, 2021 at 2:10 pm in reply to: All Enfold sites crash because of wrong CSS MIME type #1318972We have searched for hours over the weekend, and we now believe we have found a solution. The error seems to occur when the PlugIn Cache Enabler was installed before the update.
After updating to the current Enfold version, it is no longer possible to clear the cache on NGINX servers, even when deactivating or even uninstalling it, and so the new CSS files are not found. Only after we have manually changed in the WP Config the line
define( ‘WP_CACHE’, false );
in the WP Config, the update works. Afterwards, you can install the Cache Enabler plugin again and set the cache in the WP Config file to “true”.
August 27, 2021 at 2:29 pm in reply to: All Enfold sites crash because of wrong CSS MIME type #1318651Are you kidding me? I gave you the admin info a week ago! See this thread!
And as you can see, I’m not the only user with this problem! The folder rights are correct and some CSS files are written to the folder, but the wrong ones!!! Is that your way of giving support?
August 26, 2021 at 1:39 pm in reply to: All Enfold sites crash because of wrong CSS MIME type #1318462I did everything and added the code to my functions.php. Cache PlugIns are all deactivated, but still the same errors. No change at all. We still get 404 errors for all CSS files!
Please help us! Many websites are down for over a week now, and we’re not getting quick support! Enfold is one of the biggest WP themes. I can’t believe that you are not able to fix such a major bug that breaks the whole system.
August 23, 2021 at 1:07 pm in reply to: All Enfold sites crash because of wrong CSS MIME type #1317962No answer and no support for more than 3 days now. Our websites are all broken for more than 5 days now! It seems like your theme does not work on NGINX hosting anymore. Please provide a solution!!!

August 20, 2021 at 2:06 pm in reply to: All Enfold sites crash because of wrong CSS MIME type #1317637See credentials in private content. It’s not possible to change the standard permissions for WP just for your theme!
August 19, 2021 at 2:48 pm in reply to: All Enfold sites crash because of wrong CSS MIME type #1317508One more addition. We have changed the server headers to remove the “nosniff” security rule. Now there is only a normal 404 error, because the CSS files were not generated.
Thanks for the answer but this doesn’t solve the problem. Even if I have all Enfold CSS and JS compression options deactivated, no third party cache plugin installed the site still loads tons of unused Enfold module CSS and JS. Even if they are not used in the entire site. Of course, I tried the “delete” old files option too. This happens not only on one website bit on all our Enfold websites. I think the “only load used module CSS and JS” option doesn’t wor at all.
Hi,
In the meantime I managed to get some shortcodes running in this way:$variable= do_shortcode(“[shortcode]”);
echo do_shortcode($variable);Nevertheless when I use the “include page” shortcode in this way I get very strage results. The page is inlcuded but many functions like for example the lightbox doesn’t work etc..
Is there a better way to use the avia shortcodes?
Hi,
this has absolutely no effect. All shortcodes inside the single.php (using the do shortcode function) are still output as pure text.Best regards, Julian
Hi Ismael,
sorry, but I have no idea how to apply that. I want to use avia shortcodes in a custom single.php and the post you are referencing to didn’t help me at all.
Is there any example how to apply the filter?
Hi,
when I choose the simple 404 template it does exactly this and shows a non themed 404 page which is not an option for our clients. There is no option in the Cerber PlugIn to completely deactivate this function. As WP Cerber is one of the most popular WP plugins in general wouldn’t it make sense that the Enfold dev team contacts the Cerber team directly? I’m sure I’m not the only one with this problem.Best regards, Julian
Hi Ismael,
I have no idea what to do with the code above! In Cerber you can only define if you want to use your themes 404 page or “display a simple 404 page”. Of course I want to use my themes 404 page. See screenshot.
Best regards
JulianHi Ismael,
unfortunately this doesn’t fix the problem. We’re still getting tons of emails. We tested the 404 theory and can say, that this can’t be the reason. I’m still not sure if this hast to do with the WP Cerber PlugIn, but as Cerber is one of the most popular PlugIns out there wouldn’t it make sense that somebody from the Enfold team communicate directly with them?

October 8, 2019 at 11:21 am in reply to: Site can't load on mobile Safari after update to 4.6.3 and no Google maps #1146107Hi Yigit,
thank you! This fixes the problem but will there be a general Enfold update or do we have to fix it manual on all our Enfold websites?
Please establish a professional testing process for future updates at Enfold development. It really is a mess fixing things manual after every update.
Best regards, Julian
October 7, 2019 at 11:40 am in reply to: Site can't load on mobile Safari after update to 4.6.3 and no Google maps #1145724Of course, I did!
The problem only occurs in Safari browsers. And if you have a look at all the tickets this problem is affecting many many people. There clearly is a JavaScript error in the script: avia-snippet-cookieconsent.jsBest Regards, Julian
With over 100.000 installations WP Cerber is one of the biggest WP security plugins. We have WP Cerber installed on over 100 websites, but the error above only occurs on the few Sites using Enfold.

Thanks in advance!

Ups sorry that was a typo. I meant of course PHP 7.3.1.
BR, Julian
Hi,
all our WP websites run at PHP 5.3.1.
Best Regards, Julian
Thanks for the reply. We have already tested it with the Enfold standard installation without plug-ins and these e-mails are sent anyway. The error message clearly states that the error in the file:
/enfold/searchform.php:18
In some other files similar error messages were generated and these were corrected with the update. Your support employee Günter had even provided us with a fixed file versions prior to the last update. But there still seems to be an incompatible PHP function in this file.
I just installed 4.6.1 but the Google maps problem on the homepage still is not solved. After accepting cookies the page MUST reload to show the map, which it doesn’t do automatically. Very disappointing!
September 5, 2019 at 3:58 pm in reply to: Update 4.6 makes cookie consent reload every time #1134462I honestly don’t understand it either. Do I have to add the shortcode to the page additionally?
Hi,
it happens to all clients and all sites since the update. Have a look in your own forum!
September 5, 2019 at 12:15 am in reply to: Update 4.6 makes cookie consent reload every time #1134140The behaviour of the Enfold team unfortunately shows once again that customers are not taken seriously. It is ALWAYS claimed that they are site specific problems, even if things are clearly reproducible. Then there is no reaction, no schedule, nothing. This (formerly) good theme can no longer be recommended to any business customer.
We’ve validated the problem again. The first time you load the page with cookie conset bar enabled the Google Maps are inactive now. After approval you need a reload to make the maps visible. This is not noticeable with maps on subpages. But we also have maps on the homepage. The idea doesn’t work there.
In addition, there are often pages with target groups outside the EU. There can be agreement to Cookie use however evenly not for Google Maps. I hope there is a solution to the problem.
Sorry, indeed it seems some of the problems are solved when disabling “Cache Enabler”. Since the last Enfold version we never had any problems with this plugin ever.
Nevertheless, we so still get the WP warning emails all the time. Are you planning to merge in the code change in ‘template-builder.class.php’ you mentioned above in the next version of enfold?
Thanks again for the quick reply.
Julian
