Hi there, I’m also getting a fatal error. I have updated WordPress and the plugins, but I get this message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in C:\domains\dressagepro.nl\wwwroot\wp-content\themes\enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-shortcodes\events_countdown.php:10) in C:\domains\dressagepro.nl\wwwroot\wp-content\themes\enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-shortcodes\events_countdown\events_countdown.php on line 12
Unfortunately it still doesn’t work… I’m now getting angry customers asking for a refund, so I really hope this will get some attention. :(
I get different descriptions of the problems. Sometimes the content of the tab is partly there, sometimes they have to take weird steps to see the content or only for a short moment.
Do I have to pay Kriesi to solve this problem? It’s quite a big problem for me so please let me know what I can do to bring this under attention :(

You mention a new version of the theme. Has this issue been covered in the update? That would be great and very much appreciated.

I’m not sure where that script comes from, but I deactivated a plugin that loads Facebook pixels and Mixpanel (a tracking code). Do you still see the issue? And do you believe that’s causing the problem in Safari?

Hi there, I also posted in another thread. But I’m guessing this is the problem I’m experiencing as well? Any news on updates? I have a big membership site and getting a lot of emails from people not being able to see the content. Hope there’s an update soon! Thanks!

thanks for your quick reply. I don’t that they are loading the old script. I believe the code I added to functions was to solve a different problem we were having in Chrome. That was the problem of the tab not adjusting to the content. But the problem in Safari is a different kind of problem. The content isn’t being shown at all (see screenshot in my previous reply). I’ve had different people complaining to me about it who have tried on different devices (all Apple).
So I really hope there’s a solution!

unfortunately, the issue still remains in Safari. Again, I received a couple of replies from people telling me they couldn’t see the course.

I have the following issues:
1. tab content isn’t shown;
2. tabs don’t align in the middle like on the Enfold main demo website. They are to the left, just like with a row.
3. Images / icons aren’t shown above the header text but to the left.Thanks for the quick response, but do you still know what the fix was?
I had it working on a testwebsite. Now I switched to a new website with the newest version of WishList Member, but I can’t find what the fix was. So I’m now using Woocommerce Memberships, but it’s way too limited.

Can I also add a code for the maximum font-size on mobile phones? Now it doesn’t fit because some words in the heading are quite large
