I see. Wow, I had no idea sidebar setting could affect layout of individual elements to that degree.
Thanks and consider the case closed!
December 1, 2020 at 3:51 am in reply to: Blog posts element – same settings, different result #1264108Hello Ismael,
Enfold settings for the Blog Layout are the same (Single Author, Small preview pic) as is Custom CSS.
Blog Posts element in the page under Content > Select Entries > Blog Style on both languages are set to Single Author, Small preview pic.
Could you login and take a look?
Thanks. We have changed the 1/4 layout titles to use the element options for the links.
As the problem no longer occurs, we can’t say whether that helped or not.
Update:
We’ve activated debug mode and installed the Classic Editor plugin. Now we can access the page again to edit it. But we still don’t know why it happened. We had experienced a similar issue on a different site a few weeks ago. In both cases it seemed to be connected to the slider element.
September 28, 2019 at 6:04 am in reply to: Advanced Layout Editor hangs; loading wheel keeps spinning, content never loads #1142950Update: The page is editable with no hangs on the French version of the post.
The Shortcode parser shows the same errors ( Missing closing tag [/av_team_member] ) but the page works fine. So the shortcodes are not the issue.
September 28, 2019 at 6:03 am in reply to: Advanced Layout Editor hangs; loading wheel keeps spinning, content never loads #1142949We are running the latest version.
A run through the Shortcode Parser found some shortcode errors – Missing closing tag [/av_team_member] at certain points. I fixed these manually (in the code) and the page now displays with the desired changes but the advanced layout editor is still a spinning wheel.
I tried copying shortcodes to a new page. After a certain number of blocks, the Team Member block, when edited, would lose the Team Member icon and bug out. After saving the post the spinning wheel would come back again. Again, manually updating the code was the only way to edit the page.
What could be causing an admin-ajax error? A Plugin conflict? We have no special content on those pages other than images and team member blocks.
Thanks
Thank you for your answer and your help. We will check right now.
We are trying to find out how this happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Can this happen (missing ID) when only the Advanced Layout Builder is being used?- This reply was modified 5 years, 1 month ago by Commun-IT. Reason: making the question clearer
greenball, would you be willing to share what solved your issue?

Apologies for the double post.September 13, 2018 at 2:51 am in reply to: Blocked loading mixed active content message for youtube video #1009145Hi Ismael,
I did see that already in the console, but I couldn’t figure out why or how.In the end, we just removed the video because it was old, but the cause of the problem remains unsolved…
Thanks for your help.

September 4, 2018 at 8:20 pm in reply to: Enfold inserts space before Google Maps API key; returns error #1005743Thank you Dude!
I didn’t think about that possibility – I thought it was a bit of theme code.
It turned out it was an API key transferred improperly (and automatically) by our Geodirectory plugin was the culprit.
Thank you. Case solved!Thank you, putting it at the top of the quick CSS box worked! Thanks!
Hello Rikard,
That didn’t work.
Sorry, I should have specified in my question that I meant the circles surrounding the icons in the Grid Row, above, at the top of the page.I believe the element you targeted were the smaller icons below.
Thanks,
Hi, there’s no video in the slider. Thanks for identifying this. It’s strange that the error only appears when the blog element is active on the same page. Is there anything I can do to fix it?
Hi, Yes, I’m looking for further help, I thought that was expressed in my last message. The layerslider does not display when there is a blog posts element on the same page, and we need both! Thanks!
Hi,
No, I removed the blog posts element and the layerslider displays only when that is removed. I put back the blog posts element on the english side, and the layerslider doesn’t display now. I’ll leave it this way (blogposts and no layerslider on EN, no blogposts and layerslider works on FR) for now if that helps with your troubleshooting. Thanks!Hello, the link is in the private content section.
sorry wrong password. real one is in private content.
We narrowed it down to a conflict between the layerslider and the blog posts element. When this element is removed from the homepage, the layerslider displays fine. The update to 4.4.1 doesn’t change anything. To re-add the blog posts element, use the “blog posts homepage” template item I saved. Thanks!

July 12, 2016 at 12:05 am in reply to: Heading font not updating in other language (using WPML) #659584Hello Ismael,
Thank you greatly for your help.
It is indeed working now!Just for reference, what do you mean by re-save the theme options? Obviously I clicked on “save all changes” after making the font change, but it didn’t work. How do I re-save theme options?
Thanks,
