Oddly, when I’m in WP Staging Pro, the code is working properly. What would prevent the code from working on the live site? Same plugins and everything.
Are there any code workarounds or solutions besides just clearing the cache?
February 27, 2020 at 8:18 pm in reply to: Product List showing images when not supposed too #1188602Hi Victoria,
Thank you for getting back to me! I used plugin WP Fastest Cache to delete all the cache and that did no effect.
Here is my error:
Is there a way I can escalate my site issue? I have two major partnership soft openings April 30th with GovX.com and the Patriot Trading Co. Both are going to bring a ton of visitors to my broken site!
Since upgrading to 4.3, my site has been inoperable. Even restoring it back to older versions, there are problems that continue to plague my site that is theme related! This is getting increasingly frustrating. Is there a time I can schedule dedicated support to work with someone?
I spoke too soon, going back to the Enfold theme I get his issue (see private content).

Well, that was stressful. I had Bluehost support helping me with the backup, they confirmed that something during the theme updating process corrupted my site. The site is back up, and I’m back to square one with my problem.
Updating to 4.3 lead to a catastrophic error! Now the site is completely down without access to the backup though WordPress. Every single admin page says Fatal error: (see Private Content section).
Doesn’t make sense that updating 4.3 corrupts the WordPress theme to an irreversible state. I’m conducting a site backup via server side right now to get it back.

Hi Ismael,
I have not added any new purchase buttons to my pages. I’m still getting the issue where all of my product pages are blank except one. Why is https://www.battlebrothers.com/product/natural-badger-shaving-brush/
but
https://www.battlebrothers.com/product/black-synthetic-shaving-brush/does not? I can’t seem to find the difference when digging into side by side.
I worked with WooCommerce to see if this was something on their end, they also believe its something in the Enfold theme.
Thank’s for the link to the other thread, I looked through it but not sure if it applies directly.
4.0.7 is working but not ideal. There are some features that I’ve been unable to find or do not exist that prevents me from making a 1-1 clone of my site on 4.2.6. For example, we can’t seem to get the font to work properly. Suttle differences and more like that are frustrating.
Am I understanding that you are unable to diagnose why my site broke on 4.2.6?
Yes sir, go for it! =)
Thanks, that would be really helpful! When you investigate, remember I’m running the 4.0.7 backup. The main theme is the Enfold by JAM.
Because 4.2.6 broke our website and the product pages do not display anything but the header, we are running off a a 4.0.7 back up.
The active child theme you are seeing is 4.0.7. Please include an email for an admin account i can make for you so you can see for yourself.
No Rikard, my current backup site which I’m running off of is Enfold Version: 4.0.7. I’ll run 4.2.7 over the night for you to see.

1pedro, did you resolve your issue? I’m having the same problem with my product pages, all blank.
Roger. I haven’t been able to find other topics about this so I’ll keep you in the loop if I learn anything. Ver 4.2.7 is supposed to be out soon, any day now.
I’m getting the same problem! Did you get your site issue resolved?
90% of my product pages just went blank. Currently running on an older child theme backup for our site http://www.battlebrothers.com. Hope to get his fixed soon as we have some big events approaching this month!
