Hi Victoria,
Sorry for the delay and thank you for the follow-up! That did indeed helped, I am all set. I see the option to vertically align to the top as pointed out by the screenshot. That fixed the issue, thank you!

Actually that HTML list that’s within each tab is being added into that tab via a shortcode. That shortcode then builds that HTML that you see. I just want to have that HTML list be vertically aligned to the top of each tab when the tab height is the same for each tab. Is that possible?
Thanks!

Perfect, that worked! Thank you very much for the help!
Done, I disabled the merging as requested. Please let me know if there’s anything else you need.
Thank you for looking into this!
Hi,
Tried that as well and that doesn’t work. I actually just want to change the color of the border, not remove it. I can’t change anything relating to the border as it stands right now.
How can I change the border color?
Thanks!
Thanks, we are close. The spacing/margin worked, but the border did not. If you go back to my example you will see there is still a white border around the circle buttons. Any other ideas to get that border removed or have its color changed?
Thanks again!
It can be anything, but let’s call the class sliderButtonBackground.
Hi,
Just to make sure I’m explaining everything correctly, I need the line to always stay about 10px below the menu item even as the header shrinks and grows. I don’t want the line to stay at the same fixed position on the page, the line should always be relative to the menu item above it. I wanted to make that clarification just in case. If you can please verify that to be the situation I’ll try a different approach.
Thanks!
Hi Victoria,
Thanks for the links, the first linked helped a little and I think we are close. I can set the underline to about 10px underneath the main menu items, but when the header shrinks or grow, the line moves up and down. It should always stay around 10px below the menu item at all times. If you look at the website currently you can see what I’m referring. If you scroll the page quickly you might miss this, but if you slowly scroll the page so that the menu main shrinks and grows slowly you’ll see what I mean.
Any thoughts on how to keep that line from moving up and down?
Hi Mike,
For Ashford I had replaced the entire Enfold installation via FTP. At first I had the same issue but then it started working later for some reason, don’t know why. I tried the same method for the other website (Wallick) and it didn’t fix the problem. I tried deactivating all the plugins, switching themes, etc. but nothing worked. I ended up just using an older version of the Enfold theme and replaced it via FTP.
What’s interesting is that some websites work with the update to v4.2.5 and some don’t. I have development/staging sites and when I tested it worked. I use the exact same servers as I’m on a cloud environment so the update gave the impression that everything would work.
Hi Mike,
If I delete the folder “avia-shortcodes”, I can get something to show on the website. I then tried replacing the folder with a fresh folder from the newest Enfold download. Once that’s done the website loads a little, however, the design is still wonky so it doesn’t work fully. I tried then saving the theme Enfold options through the WordPress admin and the website goes blank again.
Cheers,
DerekHi,
I downloaded the newest version of Enfold, deleted the version via FTP from the website, and then uploaded the Enfold folder that I downloaded. I then also deactivated all plugins and unfortunately same issue. The website URL that’s still having the problem is in the private content section.
Also, originally when this problem happened is when I did the update through the WordPress backend/admin where you can update themes.
Is there anything else I can try? Thanks!
Cheers,
DerekHi Mike,
I’m resending the FTP host name. You have to type it exactly as I have it. Please don’t try to change the text to match the domain name, it is exactly how I wrote it. If you need the WP admin in addition to the FTP I will create one for you.
I also tried deleting the config-templatebuilder folder as Biggy suggested and I replaced it with the same folder from another website that has the 4.2.5 version that appears to be working, but unfortunately the didn’t fix the website. Anything else I can try in the meantime?
Thanks!
Cheers,

January 25, 2018 at 6:05 am in reply to: Need Assistance with Medical theme demo icons download #902574Hi Mike,
I appreciate you trying to help. I downloaded the plugin that you suggested. How do I use this to import the Medical theme demo? I assume that’s what you’re suggesting (downloading the theme demo again). I see various options to select but I’m not sure which one to select and where would be the demo source files?Hi Ismael,
I really appreciate the offer but unfortunately I’m bound by an agreement with my customer to not share any data or logins. I actually asked them if they would approve access by you, but they declined so I cannot give you a login. Is there anything else we can try?
Thanks!
Cheers,
DerekHi Ismael,
Thank you for the response but unfortunately I cannot share those details because this website is for a customer. Is there anything else we can try?
Cheers,
DerekHi, I’m having the exact same issue. I tried the provided code and edited the scripts.php file, but that didn’t work. Any other suggestions? My WP is the newest version 4.9.1 and I turned off any caching plugins just in case. Here’s the full error message I see within the developer console in Chrome:
