Hi Rikard,
This worked perfectly.
Thanks.
Hey!
The problem appears to be fixed!
Thank you for the help.
Hi,
Last time we added something to that file for analytics’s tracking the whole site crashed and we had to do a restore.
Would you please be able to do this for us?
Thanks.
Hi,
Where do I put this script?
Thanks.
Hey,
I just tried to replicate it several times and I couldn’t.
I don’t get why it does it, its never the same image every time when it does mess up on the site link I sent, and it sometimes doesn’t even do it. one rotation the image is fine, the next it isn’t, it really is weird.
I’ve only seen the problem on this site in IE and not other browsers or sites so I will just have to tell the client it is IE
Thanks.
Hi,
It’s been tried on three different ones, It seems to be completely random as of to which image in the slide show messes up. sometimes 1 messes up, sometimes 2, sometimes non, and that is the case on all three PC’s. Each have different screen sizes as well so not just on a certain screen size.
I doubt there will be any fix but the client isn’t happy about it because they use internet explorer.
Why do people even use that slow thing anymore!
Thanks.
Hi,
here is the link http://176.32.230.29/bansteadredesign.co.uk/
The issue is usually when the page is first loaded, it isn’t there once the page has refreshed and doesn’t happen on all the images, it just seems to be on random ones.
Thanks.
hi this hasn’t fixed the issue.
It’s only on the ipad and ipad mini this is happening and my client has an ipad
See this screenshot
Ive highlighted both issues. One red box shows that the toggle button is missing. The other red box shows a strange issue that looks like the page is indented.
I’m not sure why the theme is doing this though please help ! :)

Hi,
We will do now.
Thanks!
Hi!
Sorry we misunderstood, The code has been re-added to the quick CSS, but adding the extra elements made them mess up and move up the screen and overlapping other fields when other numbers were selected.
To fix this we have changed the layout of the form slightly, but the same theory still apply’s (select “new customer” and a number, for that number of boxes to fall down). The only issue left is the submit button with all of this white space when “new customer” and “6” is selected.
(The white space reduces, but still is there when some other numbers are selected).I have tried using this code:
#gform_submit_button_2 {
top: -390px!important;
position: relative;
}And this does work when “6” is selected
But when other selections are made on the form (e.g. “existing customer” and “2”, something like this will happen:
Notice the submit button is now at the top of the form. I’ve removed the code that I put above as it doesn’t work. I doubt that there would be a way to fix this and remove the white space from above the submit button, that will work with any selection on the form, but if there is, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Hi!
Thanks! The above code worked with a few minor changes such as the px value of top. I used the same theory to do the rest of the fields.
However, one more problem has occurred because of this. When you select “new customer” and number of pets to be “6”, underneath the 6 sections that drop down, there is a large amount of white space appeared due to the -px value set. But this won’t stop the site going live.
Thanks for the help.
Hi
It is on the ipad mini in chrome simulator
It seems to be just on ipad and ipad mini
The element is invisble.
On the iphones it renders fine

I can’t help but think this custom css provided by the enfold support forum has something to do with it
@media only screen and (max-width: 1100px) {
#mobile-advanced, #advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide { display: block!important; }
nav.main_menu { display: none!important; }
}It shows a different custom css on mobile device
Hi!
If you read through the previous messages and looked at the screenshot we sent, you’d see that “new customer” has to be selected (not “existing customer”) and any number other than ‘1’ (e.g. ‘2’). If you did that you’d get a similar view of all the additional fields which you currently aren’t seeing.
Here is a mock up of what we want to do. On the left is what we a re currently getting, on the right is what we want. You have back end access with the details already sent to you so you can see what may be causing conflict or anything like that.
I hope you can reply with urgency as this is stopping the site going live.
Thanks.
Hi,
Sorry we won’t do that in future to get a faster response… this CSS hasn’t worked, I have a 23 inch monitor and this is what i am getting
There are large areas of white space that we do not want there when the fields drop down.
Hope you can help.
Thanks.
Hi Elliot,
I probably should have mentioned that I’m talking about the contact form on the homepage because this code isn’t working for what I’m trying to achieve.
Thanks!
Hi,
Sorry i forgot to mention that the new or existing customer selection has to be selected to new customer.
Then they drop down underneath for details to be filled in, and on smaller screens, they stagger rather than be side by side.
Thanks.
October 23, 2015 at 10:22 am in reply to: color section not 100% of browser height, background image is showing at bottom #523564Hi,
I’ve just done this and the issue still remains. Here are some log in details so you can take a look.
Thanks.
Hi Elliot
Theme has been updated to latest version.
I’ve also disabled all plugins by simply renaming the folder
Problem is still persistent. Not sure why though or what these errors are.
Hope you can advise

It’s really quite straight forward. I simply want my logo left aligned (like it is now) and my navigation text to be right aligned
haha wow that was embarrassing! thanks a lot its worked fine! you’re a legend!
Hi there that doesnt seem to have worked. the text you wrote is appearing at the top of the landing page. Could you re look at the link i provided. Thanks again!
Hi Yigit, below is the link to the page, it already has an image in it of what the landing page will look like, its just in a boxed layout so it looks bad! Id like to use your page builder to build a landing page like the one you will see in full width layout.
look at what enfold theme does!

The css needs to be rebuilt other themes do not do this
Hi Elliot
It’s just terrible. It’s done it with another plugin I bought today. WP Job Manager.
It seems enfold is very controlling and doesn’t play well with external css from any other plugin.
This isn’t ideal and shows a lack of best practices when coding.
The latest plugin I’ve found that fails to render correctly with enfold is http://wpjobboard.net/ a paid plugin
So it looks like I have to give up enfold? Or can you fix this for me. Works fine with twenty twelve
Hi Elliot
The issue is that adding the widget area to the header doesn’t add it to the head tag area but rather the header area.
Also the widget creates white space in the head area and can mess up the mobile display of the site regarding the top of the page. This is because this js code doesn’t render anything in the header area.
I how ever have used the last feature you detailed which in my opinion is the best and most professional way to do it.
I simply wrote this in my child theme functions file
add_action(‘wp_head’,’hook_javascript’);
function hook_javascript() {
$output=”
<!–Start of Zopim Live Chat Script–>
<script type=\”text/javascript\”>
window.$zopim||(function(d,s){var z=$zopim=function(c){z._.push(c)},$=z.s=
d.createElement(s),e=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];z.set=function(o){z.set.
_.push(o)};z._=[];z.set._=[];$.async=!0;$.setAttribute(\”charset\”,\”utf-8\”);
$.src=\”//v2.zopim.com/?312fp2IpEZcc8YFgpXTxGJkMMTcy7rhb\”;z.t=+new Date;$.
type=\”text/javascript\”;e.parentNode.insertBefore($,e)})(document,\”script\”);
</script>
<!–End of Zopim Live Chat Script–>
“;
echo $output;
}The issue I have is when I view my site source code it seems the code has changed and this is what is seen in the source
<!–Start of Zopim Live Chat Script–>
<script type=”text/javascript”>
window.||(function(d,s){var z==function(c){z._.push(c)},$=z.s=
d.createElement(s),e=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];z.set=function(o){z.set.
_.push(o)};z._=[];z.set._=[];$.async=!0;$.setAttribute(“charset”,”utf-8″);
$.src=”//v2.zopim.com/?312fp2IpEZcc8YFgpXTxGJkMMTcy7rhb”;z.t=+new Date;$.
type=”text/javascript”;e.parentNode.insertBefore($,e)})(document,”script”);
</script>
<!–End of Zopim Live Chat Script–>As you can see in the first line of code the window.$zopim|| has become window.||
Why is this and what can I do to fix this?
Perfect example
Goto test page
http://www.revivaltattoos.co.uk/test/I’ve in the quick css tab set the text color to be red of this text.
How ever it has no effect when viewing it in firefox. I’ve tested this at multiple locations, on multiple machines
I’ve tested this in our offices, on different machines pc and mac and on all of them it fails to show css in firefox browser
