March 1, 2022 at 4:33 pm in reply to: Personal Token or Single Use Token for a client that won't give me login! Hurry! #1342732
He did purchase it, technically – I bought it and he reimbursed me. Don’t think he’s going to want to pay a 2nd time. However, I will try your suggestion of sending him the latest version. That won’t work long-term though…
I’m confused how you would not be aware on the single use token option – isn’t that what this documentation says I need to do?(scroll down about halfway to where it says “A Note For Web Designers & Design Agencies”)
Thank you! Thanks so much! For future reference, what was the issue?
Yes – here you go, thanks!
August 10, 2020 at 5:36 pm in reply to: Admin notice for: This element was disabled with theme option #1236471Ok I generated the API key and the map still does not work. I had to type in the latitude/longitude by hand and it still won’t appear. The API key was accepted. What is the problem now?
(you have login credentials already)
Thank you for your help.
August 7, 2020 at 6:08 pm in reply to: Admin notice for: This element was disabled with theme option #1236085Hmmm I didn’t add that, it was like that by default. Where in Theme Options is this?
Can you also please answer my other question above, about CENTERING the 2nd level nav menu?- This reply was modified 4 years, 3 months ago by cmeurer.

I did not change the CSS. Screenshot attached.
I do not want the gray line and I want the logos moved up closer to the words above.
Sure – but why don’t you offer radio buttons?! They are so common.
Nevermind, I’m using Contact Form 7 instead. Can’t believe you don’t have radio buttons!!
That makes sense. I guess I will just remove it then, since the section I added doesn’t have a Color Section above it. Thanks!
Close it, thanks!
Great, thank you Victoria!!
I didn’t write the HTML though, it’s just the content element that came with the theme… so there’s no way to edit it so it looks like the sample?
You know what, nevermind – I just want to know how to get the 4 different background colors and border. Just let me know how to do that, thanks!
Thank you!
No, the alignment is fine…? I just want it to look the same as your demo page…. The words should be NEXT to the number, not below (I’ll put other wording below but I don’t know how to get words to the RIGHT of the numbers!). And the words should all be gray and should be smaller than the numbers. It should have the border around it and the 4 sections be white, light gray, medium gray, darker gray. The instructions on the documentation don’t work.
Nevermind, I figured it out.
That got rid of the gray border but not all the extra space – how can I move all the logos up?
Nevermind. I just did it another way…. but now can you tell me how to get rid of the padding on top and the gray horizontal line above the logos? I’d like them moved up and NOT have that gray line. I see where to change this in the CSS but I don’t know what element to change it on. Thanks.

Strange. That does look good. For me, it looks like this:
(I’m on Chrome on a PC)
It was still the same height, even though it was wider. I edited the logo and re-uploaded it. They still all look top-aligned. How can I have them all be centered vertically?
I have it set to No scaling, Do not stretch image, and Do not display border.
They actually all look pretty good except for the 2nd one (says WISCONSIN). Why is that one so high?
Wonderful – that worked to fix the gray background but the logos are still not aligned vertically. How can I fix that? They are all the same height so I don’rt know why they wouldn’t all be vertically centered.
See below

I want it white — but it’s showing gray. The background color of that row seems to be set to gray and I’d like it white.
Thanks – found it!
Looks horrible! But thanks. Is there a way to make it very light/opaque? Or is that something I need to do on my end, before uploading the image?
