Hi Mike,
thanks for your answer.
What exactly do you mean with WordPress ▸ Customize ▸ Additional CSS?
Do you mean Theme Options -> General Styling -> Quick CSS instead?I have added the code there for the english single product page:
https://climbingsocks.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=avia&lang=en&admin_bar=1But nor result.
See private content for login credentials.
Many thanks for further help.

MagnusJuly 19, 2021 at 2:53 pm in reply to: Wrong pricing information in Google rich text results #1310746Hi Mike,
ah ok. That makes sense. I can see where the numbers are coming from with that. So it is the net price that is pulled in.
Unfortunately I can’t implement your suggestion like this, because we have to work with net prices and four decimal places, so that there is no incorrect display of the VAT (I used following instruction: https://blog.rundum.digital/woocommerce-rundungsfehler-beheben/).
So we have two separate issues that I would like to solve:
1. i would like to pull in the gross price, i.e. EUR 19,90 – EUR 59,70
2. i would like to round the gross price to two decimal places, so that it can be displayed correctly in the Google search result.Do you have another solution for this?
If yes, how would you proceed?
If not, how can I stop or disable the display of the (incorrect) prices in the Google search results?Thanks in advance for further help.

how are you? Thank you for your answer.I definitely did not enter the amounts manually anywhere. Otherwise, I’m similar to you.
I would also not be aware of which plugin could be used to control them.The only hint I have is from our rating plugin judge.me. When asked, the support there gave the following feedback:
“Our plugin (Judge.me) only adds the aggregateRating field to your existing structured data/JSON-LD snippet, for issues with other fields like the price please contact your theme provider/developer, they should be able to fix it.”That’s why I started asking my question here in this forum.
Thanks for further help.

thanks for your answer. We are heading into the right direction.Unfortunately there are two design issues highlighted with black color here: https://imgur.com/a/mWZT7y7
1. The distance between orange button and the bottom of the page should be 0.
2. The “Beschreibung” tab should float behind the buttonMany thanks for further help.

I am referring to the orange button “Zur Zahlung ->” which is “sticky” at the bottom of the screen.Best Magnus
April 4, 2021 at 4:51 pm in reply to: Sticky add to cart button and proceed to checkout button on mobile screens #1292359Hi Rikard,
thank you for your answer and sorry for being unspecific here. Please use a smartphone, go to our website https://climbingsocks.com, select a product and proceed to the checkout. On the checkout page you will see to orange “sticky” button. We would like to have the same behaviour for our “add to cart” button on https://climbingsocks.com/produkt/klettersocken-von-climbingsocks/
and the “Weiter zur Kasse” button on https://climbingsocks.com/cart/I hope this information helps. Please don’t hesitate, if you need further information or clarification.
Best regards,
MagnusHi Rikard,
Thanks that worked.
On larger screens I would like to extend the button size to the right. See here: https://imgur.com/SZS5kfDBest,

unfortunately the code does not show any results.
Do you have further ideas, please?

MagnusHi Ismael,
thank you so much for your answer and your support. Actually it was due to the woocommerce_default_order_status filter. We deactivated the code in the functions.php and also the respective plugin, as we realized that the (customized) plugin is not further required. We hope this is a sustainable solution.Your support was a great help to find the origin of the problem!
Best regards,
MagnusHi Ismael,
how are you? First of all thank you again for your answer. We really depend on your support here.
We just made an order in the staging environment with all plugins deactivated except for WooCommerce and jQuery Migrate as you have left it. Unfortunately we could not see Paypal working on our end. We have also tried it in incognito mode and with various browsers (Chrome, Windows Edge). Every time the payment process gets skipped. We have also installed the Update for WooCommerce 4.9. within the staging environment, but still have the problem that the payment process gets skipped.
So we assume it does not make any sense to start searching for further conflicts by activating the plugins one at a time as long as we can not replicate your successful scenario.
Does it still work at your end? Which browser did you use?
Do you have any further ideas, for the next steps to get the problem solved?Thank you very much in advance for your further support,
MagnusHi Ismael,
thank you for your answer again.
Unfortunately it does not work on our end and I am also afraid it does not work on your end. The reason is, we use an Upsell plugin (Upstroke by Woofunnels). Today the upsell works only with PayPal and Creditcard. The upsell page is triggered after a successful initial payment via PayPal or credit card and a second payment starts. What what you see in the background of your screenshot is already the upsell page and the second payment via PayPal. Interestingly the upsell payment process works. Only the initial payment gets skipped every time.
If you choose Sofort or Giropay for payment you will see that you will be forwarded directly to the thank you page without any payment process.It would be great, if you could help us further to investigate the issue.
Best regards,
MagnusHello Ismael,
how are you? Thank you very much for your answer, as we are quite lost on this topic.
I have just installed the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and set the jQuery Version to “Legacy 1.12.4-wp”.
Unfortunately the error still occurs. Do you have any further idea how to solve the problem?Thank you very much already in advance for your further support.

MagnusHello,
sorry for asking again, but I am still struggling to stop my self hosted, embedded videos using the media element from the avia page builder from looping. Could you please provide me with a step by step guide on how to prevent videos from looping?
Why is it so complicated?Thank you very much,
MagnusHi Victoria,
today I tried the following steps:- copy enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/section.php file into enfold-child/shortcodes/ folder
- open section.php in child theme and find
'video_loop' => true,
and change it to
'video_loop' => false,
- open functions.php in child theme and add following code:
add_filter('avia_load_shortcodes', 'avia_include_shortcode_template', 15, 1); function avia_include_shortcode_template($paths) { $template_url = get_stylesheet_directory(); array_unshift($paths, $template_url.'/shortcodes/'); return $paths; }
Unfortunately after these changes the website was down and showed a fatal error. So I removed the code from the last step as I realized that a similar code existed already in section.php which was:
function avia_include_shortcode_template($paths) { $template_url = get_stylesheet_directory(); array_unshift($paths, $template_url.'/shortcodes/'); return $paths; } add_filter('avia_load_shortcodes', 'avia_include_shortcode_template', 15, 1);
Now the website works again, but the videos are still looping!
How can I change the videos from looping? Please provide further assistance! Thank you!- This reply was modified 4 years, 7 months ago by ClimbingSocks.
