You need to be using SFTP or SSH. I appreciate the help with this issue, but I feel I’m doing more of the problem solving for your end then Kriesi is for us.

We were able to connect using those credentials using Filezilla. Make sure you using SFTP or SSH.

I have provided you with the credentials. I verified the login using “Fetch” ftp client.
You may deactivate the plugins for a few minutes but please don’t leave Wordfence or Mail deactivated for very long.

Hi,
We increased the php memory limit to 256M and we disabled all plugins. The result is the same. The Avia Layout Builder is not appearing.

When we use the Google Inspector tools, We can see that the Avia Layout Builder is being displayed as the Avia-Bulider-Hidden class.

Okay. I Updated to 4.0.7 and still have the same issue. The Layout Builder is nowhere to be found.

I have sent it twice using the private content section. I doubt a third time will be any different. Is there another email address I can use?
