Hello,
unfortunately I have the same Enfold problem as a few days ago with a new website.
I just installed Enfold on a new website (development environment). Immediately the error message came from WordPress:
“Es gab einen kritischen Fehler auf deiner Website. Bitte überprüfe den Posteingang deiner Website-Administrator-E-Mail-Adresse für weitere Anweisungen.”
and I can no longer get into the backend. The provider could not help me. (…they said a layer was missing… in the code???)

Can you help me please?

Hi all,
now i have updated to Enfold 4.2 and php 7.0 – but there is still no avia layout builder????
What can we do??

Thank you Mike,
ok, i did the PHP update (to 7.1)
but the (automatically) “Update your Theme from the WordPress Dashboard” says:
“No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.4.7)”
?? ???

How can i get the 4.9.1 update in an easy way (no fFTP)?

Hi Vinnie,

thanks for your help. Yes, ONLY the home (maybe because it`s a “one pager” site?)
I have followed your instructions. Now i can see my page at the preview with all my content.
But unfortunately I can not continue working in the layout Builder. The new field under the Advanced Layout Builder is empty.

How can I access my content back? Could you quickly locate and correct it for me, please?
