Ok, I did add it to the top and cleared browser cache (I do not have a caching plugin enable because it’s still in development). Tried in a different browser with cleared history and cache – still same result. We’e been working on this all week.
This has something to do with the header because we’ve had a terrible time trying to get a transparent header header to work on all pages except home and use a custom header image for home. Otherwise we couldn’t get rid of the header background color.Thank you but I see no changes. The layerslider is partially blocked on the top on desktop view and up in the header on mobile.
I’m referring to the header not top bar and found this post to fix it: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-make-header-transparent-on-mobile-devices/. However, now the home page layerslider does not have top padding on all home and the pages don’t have top padding on smartphone sizes. I find it very difficult to use this theme with a transparent header and page background – it’s very frustrating.
Thank you so much. I update it and almost everything look fine except: on all pages 989px and below show a dark brown color instead of just transparent. I can not figure out where this color is coming from and would like it to display just like desktop.
Yes, sure. I thought I did just update the theme. I downloaded it from Envato and used ftp to upload all of the files to the server.
Ok, that worked. However, I had to remove special heading element and put the h2 in a textbox instead. Thank you!
Please disregard this as I found a css solution to control special heading background:

I was beginning to think you guys gave up on me. The headings and <p> code styles in my slides would not comply with the settings under styles tab, even with custom css (in layerslider). So, while I was waiting for days, I tried adding inline styles, settings under the styles tab, and custom css and it finally works. Doesn’t make sense to me but it’s working so I’ll leave it be. Thank you.
I downloaded a new copy of the theme from themeforest and uploaded the Enfold theme via ftp. Still, doesn’t work.

Wow, you’re right about this Chrome and Safari. When I’m logged in, I see the gap – even after clearing history and cache in Chrome. When I login it’s back. This is a new one for me – never seen this before. However, it’s showing up in Firefox when I’m not logged in (using Firefox browser). And, it continues to show in FF after clearing history, cache, and opening a new private window. I am not using any caching plugins.
John’s. I think it was a miscommunication. Regarding the gap in the bottom of the header, this is what I see in Chrome. Thank you for your help!

Yes, I did and it worked. Ref: http://ustriminc.com/ely/esthetics/. But, there is a gap in the header image when I resize.
On another note, I have purchased 12 or 13 Enfold licenses and was thrown off by the support response above. I was just looking for help with the page and header backgrounds. Thanks for your help!
Thank you Yigit. There is a gap in the bottom of the header and I do not know how to fix it. I can’t locate the div the image is actually in. Can you please take a look at this? Thank you!
