Thanks I get it now. I put no link when adding an image . I did it before not on purpose and the lightbox worked then I deleted the link and the lightbox stopped working.
So it’s not a technical problem.It’s fine now!

Thanks for the css to remove featured image in single post.
As for the other option, I have some concern about it.
In fact, I don’t like too much this plugin because the last time I used it all my pictures in my whole site where a mess . At present I have a lot of pictures in my site and a slider etc. So I cannot afford to have my pictures behave crazy.
Moreover, it seems that if I do that, I will have to regenerate thumbnail every time I write a post and want to insert images I want people to open in lightbox and that’s not an option for me.
When I first bought this theme everything was working fine without the use of a tierce plugin so I would like things going as before. I want to be able to insert picture via the short code “media image” and I would like them to act as before.I post a lot of tutorials with images and I really need this option to work.
What kind of alternative solution can you give me?

it’s fine for the small image in single post it was a cache pb but still I would like to know if it is possible not to have picture in single post or at least if I chose big picture option, can they be centered??

SORRY!!!! Don’t consider the previous message. You actually activated the plugin wp db manager that I don’t use anymore.
But still can you tell me if I uninstall WPML completely will this mess up the fix you did yesterday?

To correct this issue, move the .htaccess file from wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager to /homez.726/callifra/www/wp-content/backup-db
What does it say that?

Hi,
I have actually noticed many problems with the WPML plugin I have lost some authorization on some extension of this plugin …
I was planning to desinstal it completely and try to reinstall it afterward.
No that you have done something to resolve the problem, do you think that if I delete the plugin and reinstall it , it will interfere with what you have just done?I’ll wait for your answer to see if I delete the plugin or if I see directly with WPML before.

I seem to have been able to correct the problem. I changed some settings. So I’m glad to see it worked and it seems to be centered on all devices. This responsinator is a great tool :-) I’m glad to have discovered it thanks to you!

I had another problem this morning . After doing the update all my icons in the whole theme on all my pages where there are some had disappeared. It’s seems ok now. Maybe it was because the update needed some time to be effective. But still if you could tell me that you see them correctly on your side it would be a relieve to know you don’t notice something wrong.

Now the posts have all 2 comments because the last article on the right have two.
Please I really need a fix on this. It’s a question of credibility, if readers go on my site and want to read the comments on my articles because it says there are some, and they go and they see none they will think it’s false publicity.Kind regards,

I made some tests and the problem comes from the latest comment in homepage and with the posts on the right.
I explain:
I want three posts in latest articles on my homepage.
If the first post on the left have comments they won’t show. If the one in the middle have some, they won’t show (actually I have two but you can see it’s written 1) If the post on the right have comments, the number of comments will be attributed to the other posts.
Here one everywhere like on the picture. So it’s the post on the left that commands the other one.
But if you go the blog page, you’ll see that everything is as it should. So the problem comes from the “last post section” i have added on my homepage…How can I fix that?

Today I have posted a new article and I have a new problem…Now it shows 8 comments for each post when two of them have no comments at all…

I just checked on my site and it’s ok now on the blog page I can see the number of comments. A big apologize for me panicking that way…The problems I had just arrived when I finally wanted to install a backup plugin so I thought everything was linked. And I don’t know any code so I can’t find myself the source of a problem…
After I went through the forum I finally decided to update EVERYTHING (plugins, wordpress and theme) at first it didn’t seem to heal my website but after 15 min everything ended up perfectly fine. My site is all good now.
You did a great job with updating Enfold theme.

to be more precise, it’s the slider on homepage and the services page which are strange.
on the services page the page is “cut” and when i’m logged in the wordpress navigation bar which should be on top is right in the middle of the page.

Anyway for the moment my site is working fine so I’m happy I’ve been able to achieve what I wanted and I love the fact that if one day I’m bored with the way it looks and I want to make some change the Enfold theme is a great theme for that purpose.

Nevertheless I have one question. I understand what caused the problem was because I should have only “repeat” for the images but was it possible for me to do it without your help? Actually, I couldn’t chose only “repeat” in enfold admin (see link above), could I?

It’s important for me to understand cause I don’t want just to have a nice website but know how things work in order not to make the same mistake again in the future.

About the enfold 1.6 can you tell me how it works? the theme I’ve worked with before, I updated directly from wordpress…
Here do I have to download it from my themeforest and send it as a zip using wordpress admin? Will there be any consequence on my layout or will I keep everything like it is?
Moreover, when I make an upgrade of the theme, do I loose the css I have put in quick css with the old version?

Since I ‘ve sent my message it has also been tested on another PC with Chrome and it does the same so it doesn’t seem to be specific to Mac but chrome (maybe the latest version ?)

And do you know which value I should put on layerslider if I don’t want to put 100% … I think the responsive problem I have on ipad comes from there…I think you should put the width of the enfold theme, don’t you? But I don’t know it…

Thanks Ismael, I used the last CSS you gave and it does what I want, perfect!
I didn’t use the more tag before but as I didn’t have too much post I added it in them (time consuming but worth it). So I know that I’m ok now on all my pages (blog, category and archives). The only issue is there is too much space between the posts on my blog page.. I don’t think it’s due to the more tag but maybe the single author small preview style is set up with a specific width between the post ? Is there a possibility to reduce it?
Finally, I went on Appearance> Menu but the only “Home” I found was on the demo enfold menu which I don’t use. In doubt I translated it but it didn’t change a thing.
Do you think if I translate the theme in .po files it with resolve that issue?
Actually I have a question about that, I am learning how to use WPML and I’m just at the beginning. I translated the main expressions I needed thanks to WPML directly in wordpress but it didn’t show too much things to translate compared to when I open your .po file. So if I translate the theme with poedit and upload the.po file on my site, is it safe or will there be a conflict with the work I’ve already done with WPML?

It’s not only the breadcrumb I would like to disable from the blog page set up with enfold admin, it’s the whole header with breadcrumb navigation…(but in case I want to use it one day I still want to know how to be able to translate “home” ) ;-)

I forgot to tell that I cannot find how to translate “HOME” in the breadcrumb menu. I used WPML and could translate anything I want but I can’t find “home” and I want to change it in French.

I have many difficulties with this as well.
1- When I want to use the enfold admin to select the page where the blog will be displayed, I have the breadcrumb menu which I don’t want. Can you tell me how to get rid of it?
2- If I want to use instead a blog module on a page I call “blog” I have two problems. The page looks blurry, and if I select show full post thinking it would show my post where I have inserted a “read more” option (when I wrote the post) it overwrite it and shows the full post.
If on the contrary I use the excerpt option, the text is cut but I want it to be cut exactly where I put the “read more” option and this is not possible.
So, I am unable to create my blog page.
Can you give me solutions for these two problems: get rid of breadcrumb menu when using enfold admin to display blog AND make that is i use a blog module on a page it doesn’t look blurry.
