Hey thanks!
It did not work with clearing cache and checking it on Google Chrome.
But it DID work by checking it via Firefox. Do you know why?
Regards,
MarcelHey Rikard,
you need to test it on smartphone or use this tool, for example:
http://mobiletest.me/iphone_5_emulator/?u=http://www.weingut-christ.de
I mean the 4 elements (called Weißwein, Rotwein, Roséwein, Weinpakete) with icons. I do not mean the ones which appear on desktop. The menu switsches from pictures to icons.
Do you have an idea how to make them appear without this white space?
Hi Nikko;
thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it does not really answer my question.
Our whole site is built with the Avia Layout Builder. Would you already recommend moving to Gutenberg?
Is the Gutenberg editor better and are you able to built the same stuff as in the Abia Layout Builder?
Is the import from the site which are already built by Avia Editor to Gutenberg editor easy?Hey,
thank you – it works perfectly!
Thank you for the nice solution!
Now with your code provided it displays always the second icons in rows of 2. I also want another menu displayed like this. Can you explain a litte bit more of how your code works in order to address it to another avia section (the one with the grape icons)
Best regards
MarcelYour solution works perfectly. Thank you very much!
How was this problem actually solved? Same issue with my page.
Kind regards

thank you very much for your response. I could solve it by debugging a plug in.
Best regards
MarcelHey Victoria,
your solution does not work – I think there might be a conflict with other CSS code already implemented.
In private data you could take a closer look – that would be really nice of you.
Best regards
MarcelHey Victoria,
of course – in fact, the issue is only based on the cart icon and it’s behavior on mobile.
The icon moves in the header and does not stay centered on it’s place. In comparison to the menu icon (the 3 lines), the cart icon appears higher.See this issue on link in private data.

Hey there,
it did work out but I am not totally happy with that.Is there a shortcode in order to adjust the cart icon to the right corner of the header (according to the logo to the left)?
At least – we should move it by some px to the right corner – that could work out.Summarized, we need the cart icon to move a bit to the right on all screens.
Important: Your prebuilt solution: “Let logo and menu position adapt to browser window” – does not work out and is not a good one for desktop.
January 9, 2018 at 9:17 am in reply to: "Sign in" – Button conceals the "fortget password" – link #895151Hey Jordan,
yes, I cleared it several times – can you see that it works in this link below?
For me, after editing in css there is still the button above the “forget password” -link?
Best regards

I added your suggested code but it did not work out.
Thanks for your help – maybe another idea or could you recheck the right “spelling” of your code?
Best regards
MarcelHey Mike,
thank you for this plugin advise.
Do you have got an idea to stay on your solution and leave away the text set in Enfold > Shop Options > Shop Description >
Enter a short description or welcome note for your default Shop Page? When I leave it blank, the banner appears smaller than with a text added – how can I use your banner solution without text and no size reduction?
Then, your solution would be perfect for me!
Best regards
MarcelHey Mike,
thank you very much for this nice and clear solution – I thought a lot about it and came to the conclusion that it unfortunately doesn’t fit my needs – although I really like your idea pretty much because of the responsibility above all devices.
The thing is: your solution only works when there is a text set in the shop description – “Alle Weine”. For the shop page /shop it is really perfect, but when the user starts filtering for his or her wine and adds new categories the static shop description is a bit confusing.
The idea of using the shop banner is to set matching shop banner images for each category in order to personalize the filter options (wines and the category fit to the appearance of the page).
So is there a way to use your built solution and set different shop banners and different “welcome notes” above it?
Best regards
MarcelHey Mike,
hey Victoria, unfortunately, with the shop banner there is one more issue.
On smaller screens (smartphones) I get a big blank space between header and the content – the place where usually the banner should be displayed.
By shrinking the browser to a minimum, there is not this issue – only on smartphones. Can you reproduce this problem and is there any solution? I added the link and a screenshot from a smarthphone with newest Chrome Browser.
Kind regards
MarcelHey Victoria! Thank you, this works for me.
Is there also a demand which lets the 3rd price (strikethrough price / L) disappear? This one is not necessary but appears automatically.
Hello Mike! You made it! Congrats for beeing my Thurdsday’s superhero!
It really works perfectly – your solution leaves a 2 px space between header and banner – for me, it looks even better with this little space.
In the private content a link to how your solution is working on our site.
Best regards and thank you very much
MarcelHi Mike,
thank you very much for this advice and your willigness to solve this problem.
Right at the moment, for me it seems to be a highly complicated solution for a “small” problem – so we will wait until there is a better solution.
But you could really help me with this regarding this issue:
Which resolution would you choose for the woocommerce shopbanner in order to get an “acceptable” solution?
Best regards
MarcelHi Mike,
thank you – data below.
Kind regards
MarcelHi Mike,
how am I able to adjust the shop banner with the command you recommend?
” background-size: contain”
I simply want my pic to appear on the size I uploaded it – I use the 1310×141 px recommended size by Vinay, but actually get a widely oversized picture.
Hey Vinay,
I tested your advise of 1310×141 px to get a shop banner without this zoom.
Actually, it still zooms the image and you are not able to see the motive of it. Is there any other advise for using the shop banner?
In private a image of what it looks like at the moment and how it should look like.
Thank you!
MarcelHey Nikko & merry Christmas!
it really did work out! Can you tell me how you get to the image size of 825 x 459?
Thank you very much for this solution.
Cheers
MarcelIs there any trick to find out which size the images have to be in order to appear in the same height?
I mean something about finding out the factor who makes the image smaller to calculate which size the other image has to be in order to get the same height after the seize-reduction by the theme.
Regards
MarcelHi Victoria, thanks for finding the problem. For me, it seems to be a quite usual problem.
Is there an usual solution for that as well? Meaning, how can I fix it and get the same height?
Best regards
MarcelHey Victoria,
of course! Watch below
Hi Rikard,
thanks for our message. Watch below…
This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private.I think it is a nice solution for people who did not care about creating a child theme right at the beginning. Now, they can do it and import the settings from the parent theme;) thanks for this solution!
