    …and in the meantime I tried again what I could: downloading, ftp, checking the host, deactivate plugins, tried to make new pages etcetera: didn’t work and the theme is still version 2.5.2. It also says I’m using the latest version (tried again with the API Key).
    I really need some help, I’m not a professional.

    I don’t understand that: I will lose everything! Why can’t I update?
