But then it’s only deleting files in your theme?
We literally have done nothing since you got it working?
Hi Rikard and Victoria
Low and behold the website is down again… same Error
Hi Victoria
Thank you that worked!
But why was that file not in there in the first place? I downloaded the latest Enfold theme and unpacked it directly into the Enfold folder – I didnt touch any files?
Hi my php and server details are below:
cPanel Version 64.0 (build 24)
Apache Version 2.2.31
PHP Version 5.6.30
MySQL Version 5.6.35The error log is attached (drop box link)
Hi All
The site is down again! I updated it to the latest Enfold theme last week and it was fine, and now it is down again.
Someone really needs to assist us with this. The site can’t keep crashing everythime there is an update.
Otherwise we will need a refund from Envato and we will have to buy another theme that is stable.
Thanks Nikko
What was the error?
Hi Victoria
I had to rename the enfold folder to “enfold.s” to enable the site to load. That is how I know it is a theme error causing the error.
Your error log reflects that “enfold.s” name. So I am not sure if that messed up your test?
Please try again? We are still getting this HTTP 500 error and it is very frustrating. I have never experienced this with any other theme?
Hi – I am not too sure of the server etc.
I have attached the Cpanel details, please could you check?
Hi Victoria
You have not read my post. We weren’t updating the site when this error occurred.
It happened randomly.
Hi Rikard
Unfortunately, we are having the same error as before. So I went into cPanel and renamed the “enfold” file to “enfold.s” to get the site is working again. So it definitely is an issue with the theme. The theme is up to date, so I don’t know what it could be.
Please, can you investigate this for me? I have posted all the login details previously.
Sorry I solved the error. I had Enfold 4.0.4 installed and the current version is 4.0.5
But why would I get a HTTP 500 ERROR when it is only 1 version out of date?
Hope it doesn’t happen again because I really don’t want to go through this process every time I need to update
Sorry here is the website link:

Please also tell me why the changes I make in the theme options take sometimes 1 day to show? Is that a caching problem on the server perhaps? Because I dont have any caching plugin installed
December 21, 2016 at 9:01 am in reply to: Error fetching content – please reload the page and try again #726950Hi – it’s on any page with or without content, when I try add content from the Templates button then it gives this error.
December 20, 2016 at 8:26 am in reply to: Error fetching content – please reload the page and try again #726454Still getting the error, even after update :(
Hi Vinay – how is it going? Found the issue?
Hi Vinay
I also have a few other issues I am dealing with:
1) The “Read More” button is cut off on my blog? http://i.imgur.com/J6zEhZS.png
2) I changes the colour scheme in the back end but it hasn’t reflected in the front end. I still get that olive green colour. But it is all support to be a light green or blue as per my styling in the back end. http://i.imgur.com/CR18xMu.png
Hi Vinay
Any luck?
