I’ve duped yours and swopped the vid, now self hosted, and various masks to see what works. It’s now responsive without the loading wheel, (could have been from YouTube) and it’s looking correct.
What can I say apart from thank very much for all your help. You’re an absolute star mate.

Early in this thread I wrote this.

“Client asked me if it could be done like Apple have, I said everything can be done but it costs, I said I would check it out for him. I’ve found someone who said they can do it for $40? I’ll see what the client says beginning of next week and get back to you.”

So what would you charge me to implement this on the site.

Although guenn1007 has produced a very nice parallax style effect, even with the blur, which is not what I was talking about, it still doesn’t work on mobile.

Thanks for getting back to me.
Yes I often use the enfold parallax on sites but I was hoping that now Apple are doing it on mobiles, Kriese might have sorted it out to or look into it.
Looking at Apple’s though, although it acts similar to your Parallax it’s not. It’s a Hero Animation, css?
I was hoping for a quick, easy way to make it work on mobile devices.

Hi Thanks for getting back to me.

My problem seems to be with the Layout Builder!
By the time you get to what I’ve said I’ve had to put in a bit of work to make it work, so sorry if what I sent wasn’t exactly the same. But believe me it isn’t working correctly.
I’ve put a quick temp site up and I’ve got this Dev site now, details below. Just watch the video again and see the new video. Just try it and see.
I deleted the other child theme but it didn’t make any difference.

PS the screen shot you sent me was the most I could get to, adding anymore give me the troubles. The first video I sent you was a sample of what happens when I tried to add more to it. Thats the point.

Thanks for getting back.
I’ve done all that and redone the site from scratch but it’s still doing it.

I’ve employed a php / WordPress guy to see if he can solve it. He’s working on it now.
