We have updated the theme to the latest version and have redone all the customizations. Everything seems to be working just fine now.

We have just tried fixing the issue by updating the theme. The menu still appears on mobile if the user swipes left and we lost most, if not all, of our customizations. We have since reverted back to our backup of the website.
Is there anything else we can do?

We have made changes to theme files (i.e. shortcodes, custom, layout, etc.)
How can we work around this?
Will updating the theme revert it to its original settings? We have made some time consuming modifications to the site and would like to avoid re-doing them.

Videos were playing nicely, then they stopped. We have just gone to complete Wifi in our studio so we don’t know if that may be playing into the problem, however, most of our clients and prospectives will be on Wifi anyways.
That works to use different menus, yes, but what we wanted to do was make the contact form on the home page accessible from everywhere.
We have since created a new page with its own contact form to be used when the users are not on the home page. Not how we wanted to do it, but it will work.
