Thank you for the quick response and the tip regarding the server restrictions!
All our websites are hosted on the very same server. Unfortunately, this means that a communication issue due to firewall or server-specific restrictions is likely not the cause of the error, as the updates work perfectly on the other two sites. So, your initial suggestion is not applicable in our case.
Do you have any other ideas what might cause the Enfold update not to show up on just this one site under these circumstances?

Hi Rikard,
The problem most recently appeared on this page. The interesting thing is that I don’t know how to reproduce the problem, because sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Could there be a connection between the computer’s memory usage and the page displaying properly?
