That we are looking for is a framed text, somethink like this:

How could we put this inside a simple block text from Avia editor?.

You are right, i didn’t explain right what i am trying to do, my english is not good.
I have a couple of screenshot as you told me. First one is the page i have now:
Then I have a html file (please see at http://www.hotelsorolla.com/web2015/motor/motores.html). I want to put this code over the layerslider. It should be displayed always (not only in a individual slider). This box should remain visible floating on the layerslider like you can see on screenshot 2:
