No I didn’t receive an email when trying to set new password. My website was originally a wordpress.com site using a different theme and it was moved over to wordpress.org and now self hosted. Any ideas on how to fix this?

So that worked and I was able to make an update to the newest enfold. thanks. Another very weird thing is happening in safari, chrome and firefox. It is regarding writing draft posts, saving them and then trying to go back into the backend and add text. The draft title shows but none of the text shows. Try logging in and viewing the draft post. It is happening for myself and another user. Very strange and I was hoping that not having the theme up to date was the issue. We have cleared cache in the browser. Please help

Hello – I need to update my website and I already have the user name and api credentials in the theme options/theme update section. Can someone take a look as to why the theme isn’t triggering an update. i currently have version 3.3.1. wp-admin login info below.

Yes i made the child theme live… had the problems and then went into file manager at bluehost and deleted the child theme…

I think now I am looking to remove the sidebar altogether on the single product pages… how can i achieve this? Thx.

Thanks I will do this. I think the easiest way is to create a child theme, copy functions.php into child theme and then add the code. I usually use child themify to create a child theme – this site is hosted with bluehost.

So I did all of the above and then went to appearances and did a live preview of enfold-child and I got a white screen. Could i be missing a step?

ALSO.. on single product pages IF I wanted to remove a sidebar all together how would I do this? Thx.
