Thanks for the info. I used a different plugin (Photo Gallery by 10Web) since the one you suggested didn’t function right. Nonetheless, the issue has been fixed.
I believe the site should be able to pull up.
Update to my ticket:
The product page main menu borderline issue, I solved. I just used the original woocommerce shop page.
The borderline that shows up on the home page is caused by the Layerslider WP. I have no idea how to get rid of it. Any help would be appreciated.I submitted a login and it looks like someone tried to fix the issue but reinstalled the church theme, deleted the temporary login and all the work that was done previously is gone. What happened? The issue is that the theme colors are not changing colors. It still doesn’t work. I love this theme but I’m getting ready frustrated at this point. We are trying to put together a sample site for a potential customer.
Please help.
CarlaUpdate. I did a hard refresh and the theme options went from Black to some other theme color that was not chosen. Please use the login info I submitted to try and recreated the issues.
Thanks
CarlaI’m not referring to arrows. I’m referring to changing theme colors under general theme options. I just checked again to see if it was fixed and I choose black as a theme color. Well, it did change the theme color but when I go to choose another color option. It will not change to the new color option selected. It stays black.

CarlaThis reply has been marked as private.I’m having the similar issues with the predefined color schemes. I chose splash red and it still shows the original green color for the Church Theme. I’ve also cleared my cache and did a hard refresh. I’m at a loss since this issue has never happened.

I was able to update to PHP 5.4 and the site came back up. I still need to fix the layerslider issue but at least the site is up again.
Victoria,
I’ve had this issue for some time but have been able to fix it with the temporary fix. But I upgrade to the most recent WP and Enfold theme and it broke again. I tried the temporary fix (deactivating the build in layerslider) but that did not work this time around. So I decide to go ahead and buy the LayerSlider plugin. Since I’m overseas at the moment, I logged into my GoDaddy account and used the backend FTP to upload the LayerSlider Plugin. That did not fix my problems either. I have read so many threads on this issues. It’s a bit discouraging because Enfold is my favorite theme and has been for years. If I can get the temporary code that deactivates LayerSlider, i’ll be happy and then can work on trying to fix the PHP problems etc.
Thanks in advanced for your help.
I did another upgrade for WordPress and Enfold. (I have forgotten that I had disabled layerslider with the deactivation code). After I did the upgrading I got layerslider error. I tried to disable again but this time it did not work. So then I went ahead and purchased layerslider. I uploaded via FTP but it still doesn’t work. This is the error I know get. This has been a serious issue for months and I have several websites that use enfold.
Please help ASAP. I have to get this site back up and running.
First Error with no deactivation code: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/72/5288872/html/ancientcitybaptist/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/classes/class.ls.popups.php on line 173
Second code with the code in the functions.php
Fatal error: Declaration of avia_sc_comments_list::shortcode_handler() must be compatible with that of aviaShortcodeTemplate::shortcode_handler() in /home/content/72/5288872/html/ancientcitybaptist/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/comments.php on line 14I stopped using part of Layerslider to “fix” my issues from a few weeks ago. I updated the theme again tonight and I got this error and it crashed my site. I had to disable layerslider entirely which I really didn’t want to do but it was the only way to get in. I also do not use wordfence as a plugin. Is this error still PHP related?
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/72/5288872/html/ancientcitybaptist/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/layerslider.php on line 109
Thanks
CarlaI don’t think that is the issue. I have other websites that are hosted by on the same server (GoDaddy) that is fine because I have not upgraded to Enfold’s newest version. I think at this point, I will just try to downgrade back to the version before.
I got it to work. Dumb plugin that I don’t even use. I must have activated it by accident. Time to delete it. :-)
I’ve attached a print screen where the text is supposed to show up. All the background images show up but no text that I have written shows up. It shows on the backend but nothing on the front end.
Rikard,
Sorry. There a blank spots on the frontpage where there is supposed to be writing. I can’t give you a screenshot because nothing is there. I can give you a screen shot of the backend frontpage info. Will that help.

Layerslider seems to be working now. Doesn’t redirect to another website. I’m not sure why my frontpage is all messed up. I haven’t changed anything but update Enfold.April 3, 2016 at 11:53 pm in reply to: Clicking on Layerslider redirects me to weird external link #607294I’m having the same issue. Goes to some weird external link. My frontpage is missing a whole bunch of information too after I upgrade to a new Enfold theme.
Having issues with customers getting order confirmation. This only is a problem with downloadable orders. I’m using woocommerce. I get a confirmation of the order but the order receipt that goes to the customer does not go out.
Any ideas? I don’t have any issue with products that are tangible.
Thanks in advanced.
Regards,
CarlaI fixed it. Bad code in the config file.
I’m not sure if the last few orders of not getting emails was a “fluke” but I just got an new order and the email came through. Strange.
So I changed the theme to WP Default theme and I sent my self a test email for new order and processing order. I received the emails. I set the theme back to Enfold and did the same test and no emails.
Any ideas why?
Thanks
CarlaI reinstall WordPress and the site came back up. Now back to trying to fix the issue at hand. I will get back to you on the email situation.
Thanks
CarlaJosue,
Did you all login to the site. Last time I looked at the site it was working now i get this error. I will try to fix in the meantime.

Yigit,
Sorry. The site went down last night. I’m rebuilding. I had to move to another server. The event link goes to a 404 error page. The calendar looks great but when you click on the event link it takes you to a error page. I don’t need a robust calendar just one that has reoccuring events. I don’t want to spend an arm and a leg for it.
Thanks
CarlaYigit,
I tried the code but it didn’t work. Any other ideas? Thanks.
The customer does not want the font smaller. He likes it large and also doesn’t want to hid any of the title. I just need to be able to have the title in 2 lines.
Thanks
